@0981462 Because the Riddler's just a poor man's Joker. Bane is something else. Bane is both a physical and mental behemoth. He's the only one to have ever broken the bat.

@0981462 Bane is both Batman's mental equal and physical superior. HE presents a challenge that Bruce Wayne has never faced before in these movies, much like the Joker.

I like The Riddler alot as a villian, I really do. But he would offer nothing new to the table.

@RMena64 That dying man is Gordon, and this teaser looks good. Check out the teaser to the Dark Knight from 2008 and it's ten times worse and the film turned out to be amazing.
