The Atlantis music and the original Dragon Knights Castle music were both composed and performed by Andrew Mckenna
He also has composed loads of other music at LEGOLAND Windsor, including the new back ground audio in the Traffic area, music for Spellbreaker 4D and much more.
He has a website andrewmckennamusic (cant post a link in you tube comment).

@2008allgood2008 thanks for replying.
I know that they don't play it anymore on the Dragon ride. I think they have a newer, updated edition.
Also, I remember asking Legoland if they had a CD with all their theme park tracks on, and they said they didn't.
It's a shame though.
on the plus side, the MMORG Lego Universe is planning to release a CD track of all the music in the game.
