IMPORTANT TIP:

If you hold Command (Ctrl in windows i believe)+Click and Hold then move mouse up or down you can CHANGE THE SCALE of the selection tool.

Saved my life to discover this.

how too use it = brush over the object or person

Make it more realistic = too change the levels, maybe colour correction and spot

I found this tutorial quick and sweet and want to go try the rotobrush tool. I've done a good deal of older style roto stuff and it surely is time consuming.
