  • what is the name of this song you are playing?

  • @Rookieguitarboy Just some scales I was mucking around with, doesn't really have a name

  • Quake 4, sick.... oh and awsome spanish diddy btw

  • Excellento Senor!!

  • That's one thing I didn't know about open g that it was called the spanish tuning many years ago. I love open g to it's my favourite. I've tried the spanish on my resonator and it does sound great. Gracias Senoir ARRRRRRREEEEEEEBA.

  • no, i know no old blues guys

  • I believe it's named "Spanish" tuning after the song "Spanish Fandango", which was played in that tuning, not that it's actually from Spain.

Open D is "Vastapol", for the same reason (after a song that was played in it).

    Great playing! :)

  • Thanks!, I knew the Vastapol story, but hadn't heard the fandango story, makes sense!.

  • What scale is that in open G?

  • mixolydian mode I think, but I'm probably wrong

  • Cool!
