    見れば判る通り、アスペクト比がおかしい。

    縦3：横4比率の画面に表示されるように意図して制作された筈の­元画像が、エンコ時の指定ミスで縦9：横16比率の画面に引き延­ばされて表示されてしまっていて、画像が横に潰れている。
