What weight dumbbell do you recommend I should use? I am 16 years old and am just starting to use weights. Also thanks for the video, they're really helpful.
Well I'm 17 and I've been doing weights since about half a year ago. I'm probably about average strength. When I first started I used 7.5kg each dumbbell but did stupid amounts of reps (like about 100 in one go) because I didn't really know how go about it. I now use 17.5kg each dumbbell with 1 set of 10 reps.
lol why did that guy not demonstrate how to do the exercises with actual dumbbells? Or was the gym so cheap, they only had one pair and they were already being used?
as if hugging an oak tree lmao

is it ok to do this excercise on a flat bench?

Yes it is ok to do the DB chest fly on a flat bench.
The benefits on a stability ball would be increasing core strength and range of motion.
Check out my other videos. Thanks.
