  • Yes, we it is true, we do NEED clean coal -- it just isn't to be had anywhere (except in the mythical land of coal-heaven).

What we really actually do need are lots of ads about clean wind and solar, and cleaner(er) methane from all our endless doo-doo and wee-wee (once burned, methane is reduced to C02, and is thus about 20 times less greenhouse-y than it would otherwise be).

Of course, there are lots of other things we need, like good bike paths all over the USA!!!

  • too bad i have to waste electricity to watch this wonderful show thus creating more pollution considering that my power comes from a coal powered power plant in israel located by the mediteranean sea.

  • Clean coal???

Yeah right. First, we get clean nuclear power ads. Then we get clean coal ads. Get ready for the next round: clean petroleum ads. I guess there are millions of unsuspecting gullible people.

  • Clean coal.....how bout switch to something better rather than try to mitigate dirty fuel? Oh that's right I forgot about the profits to be had. Carry on idiots "clean coal" lmao. It's a good thing so many people are so fucking stupid and gullible otherwise this world might actually get it's act together one of these days and we can't have that now can we.

  • she's beening sarcastic, k

  • O god "clean coal" who are the seriously trying to fool? I remember last year there were ads like this down here in Australia.

  • hey! check out gravity board! it's an envir0-firendly skateboard company! i bet it'd be pretty hip with the teen skaters out there! =D

  • Coal and Nuclear plants. We need to find something better. In Norway they can turn there own wast into energy. Maybe we can do that.

  • i dont get it why thay say 2/3 people are ok with eating cloned meat evin tho everyoe i heard sys its just rong

  • I love your channel: great products, info and entertainment!

I've got a couple questions though. So, basically, Viropop is an environmentally-friendly website that hosts the web-only show ZapRoot? Is ZapRoot sponsored by Viropop? What is the difference between the two? Also, what were those little segments toward the beginning of your videos...the ones involving coffee bean pants and jet packs? Was that part of ZapRoot's program, or a separate clip from Viropop?

  • fanchapstick - you right to be a little confused. ZapRoot is a show that runs on the viroPOP network. Ideally there would be other shows as well, but for now it's only us. Your not the first to be confused, and we're working on that, also, the jet pack stuff toward the beginning of the series was a show concept we were trying that didn't really work out. We're new and it might take us a while to hit our stride.

    Damien

    Producer - ZapRoot
