Fans in southern and central Ontario may be interested to know Brooke and Don will be appearing at Peter's Place in Gravenhurst on August 29. It's a fantastic intimate renovated to purpose house concert hall. To see videos of some recent Peter's Place concerts check out my channel. I'll post my Sean Kelly classical guitar video here as a response. Sean opened for Sonny Landreth a couple of weeks ago. What a concert!! I'm looking forward to Don's and Brooke's appearance.

I had the privilege of seeing Brooke and Don Ross perform in Saskatoon, and to meet them afterwards. Her voice is absolutely sublime and lyrically she is genius, and of course the same can be said of Dons music. It is profoundly moving music and by far the best musical experience I have ever had.

You see, not everyone who's talented is famous. Aren't you glad that You Tube is here? It gives us access to great authentic music from the 'real' talented ones. Not the ones 'made' over by the industry. It's this 'real' kind of music that speaks to 'real' people...Lovely.
