Also, we don't want justices to rule b/c they want to 'look good'.

Although I think she will be be confirmed, as I said in my video, it seems as if she may become an activist judge. I disagree with her philosophy fundamentally, and am worried about her lack of bench time, but still think the Senate might as well confirm her. Filibustering her would be a waste of time since it would amount to nothing in the end and simply hold up the government, as much as I wish she was not the nominee.
