Thanks for the vid, I'm a Packers fan and even I thought the call was bs til I saw this. That is actually a pretty obvious hold and Bush was the front runner heading right toward Knox.

jinkoe...I'll grant it can be called a ticky-tack penalty, BUT Corey Graham admitted after the game that he shouldn't have grabbed him as he wasn't going to have an impact on the play, so he knew it was a penalty. If you reach out and grab someone, it's the easiest hold for a referee to see and the one they're most likely to call.

I'm watching the rest of the play right now and the ref throws the flag 2 seconds before Knox caught the ball and it lands at the 18-yard line (IN FRONT of Knox, who caught the ball at the 12).

My problem is not that it didn't happen, but there wasn't a flag until Knox caught the ball.  Arn't refs supposed to throw a flag in the general direction and area of the foul? Not 30 yards down the field when it's clear that Knox is going to run the ball in for a touchdown.

I don't know if I agree with a conspiracy theory, but this video doesn't prove anything. It was an atrocious call, period. If this holding call is called, then the officials should have called about 50 more during the game. Part of an official's job is to use discretion to determine when something should or should not be called. This was one of those times when a ticky-tacky call should have been ignored.

Wish someone would have broken down the MISSED CALL last year in week 3 on the Devin Hester punt return for game-saving/changing touchdown where a Bears guy shoved AJ Hawk in the back to open the lane that Hester would run thru.

Bears fans ignored that, as Fox did.

Anyway, refs called 17 other penalties that night on the Packers, including TWO that were interceptions of Cutler late in the game, and ONE which was a TOUCHDOWN to FINLEY that took 7 points off the board, and became ZERO.

At least someone found it - Fox couldn't. Although I have to disagree with the "right away" part - Johnny Knox had the ball before the flag was thrown.
