Tumours can only be detected in the third stage which is the last stage (like cancer which involves death), they are only detected last because the body cant detect them in the early stages. The third stage is where it starts to grow fast, and the first two stage is the tumour is preparing to invade and take over. Last stage is where most cancer cell kills the patient. Its really hard to detect tumours unless you have a full body check every 1-2yrs.
