Yop, but the ice-cream stuff is a bit to goofy for a Punisher story.
The violence isn't just about the CG gore (and maybe some of it will be remove for the theaters) but also the atmosphere : the tone seems much more darker and without humoristic sidekick, the Punisher himself got a more impressive look, etc.
But it's just a trailer and yeah, maybe the whole thing will be just a piece of junk but, well, I hope not ;)

The ice cream torture is actually a proven technique...this movie is all CGI and bullshit. Might be ok, but i'm betting that it flops...
