  • @EvansSt83 insanity is harder than p90x and p90x2 together it's "Extremely Insane"

  • I seriously hope you guys don't do this.

  • First do Power 90, then P90X, then Insanity

  • Should I do this before P90X? I'm 15 and pretty out of shape.. 5ft 9" 90 kg

  • All Power 90 is is just pre P90X. Power 90 was the foundation that led to P90X or Power 90 extreme. This is great if you work a lot and not have enough time. With P90X its very time consuming. Example yoga 90 minutes, all the workouts 57 minutes plus if you doing ab ripper X 15 minutes.

  • how is there a p90x poster in the back?

  • @Annazayla

I would advise against splitting up the routine. Just try to do each move as best you can, even if it's only one rep. Doing the whole workout at one time not only does better for you physically but mentally. If you split the routine you give yourself an easy out, of you do the entire routine you can say to yourself I've done this all before and you will improve more rapidly with that confidence boost. Hope this helps.

  • @EvansSt83 If this is your first attempt at a fitness program, you will want to go with Power 90. It is intense but not as "insane" as insanity. Independent Beachbody Coach Rob. find these products at store.focusonfit . com

  • Hey if anyone is interested in getting this or any other Beachbody program just contact me, and I'll get you started. I'm a Team Beachbody coach and I used to weigh almost 500 pounds myself. With Shakeology and Beachbody workout programs I'm 160 pounds lighter and counting.

  • Um, they were more of canoeing instead of rowing xD. Unless rowing has really changed over the years O.O (is rowing now and I love it)

  • @energy2bless sorry. I do not represent this group so do not judge them by me, I put together a website for them and used the upload to test the embedding. I did not really mean it the way i said it, I did not know that P90 existed before doing p90x, but did the hard work and adjusted to the program--I WAS NOT IN GOOD SHAPE. Had I known about this i probably would have used it; it has half hour workouts compared to the 60 to 90 minutes of X. My Bad dude, was just a sour grapes thing.

  • @LionelRWilson It's all good bro. I just want everyone to get excited about their health and fitness and sometimes little comments like that can discourage people from taking that step. I understand your comment and it sounded like something that any negative, worldly person would say out of pride and I didn't expect much more from anyone until I clicked on your profile. That was when I became discouraged. Thanks for the apology. I hope you're still getting after it with P90X.

  • I apologize, I accidentally erased LionelRWilson's comment of "This is the pussy version of p90x"

  • yeah P90x is for people that are already in good shape, but don't let P90 fool you, it's still pretty damn hard even for people in reasonably good shape.

  • I've got a simple solution for sock puppets here, eat oats and do squats. Oats, squats. Comprende?

  • Ya withthe power 90 you just need resistance bands but it comes with it, or you can use dumbells depends what your ready for i am about to start p90 than do p90x im 5'11 283 time for a change baby!!!

  • @mattmalkemus33 good luck man! if you're not seeing results right away don't be discouraged, it's impossible to do all that work and get no benefit. it will come!

  • @mattmalkemus33 after that you need to do "Insanity"

    so 90+90+60

  • From what I understand if you're all ready in decent shape than stepping into P90X will be fine.

For WoW playing fat asses like me? Well, I'll be starting with Power 90

  • damn.. i was really thinkin about getting the program p90x.. but that was before i seen these =/.. didnt even know..xD thats called not doing eno ugh research... so im guessing i should do Power 90 first? i weigh 290lbs height 5'10.. and i know i cant do some stuff in p90x.. so yeah i think im gonna start with p90 first.. think i could lose 60lbs or so in 90 days?..rofl

  • @RanBo88 you probably won't lose 60lbs in 90 days, but you will get really good results. it will make a strong base for future loss and you will be able to keep the weight off. and HEY maybe you'll lose 70 pounds. its up to you and your dedication.

  • @brayden12345 well i was goin to get p90.. then as my birthday grew near.. my parents got me p90x..xD so i just started my 3rd month, but so far i only lost 20lbs.. started at 297 >< but im not eating THAT healthy anyway.. cost alot to get a bunch of chicken and vegetables.. but yeah.. still gonna bring it when im done..

  • Should I do P90x or Power 90 so confused ....

  • Start with Power 90 unless you are already in great shape. P90X is for the more advanced.

  • p90x is the next generation of Power90 this is because tony horton wants to bring power 90 to a whole new level so depends on your physical fitness needs

  • I just got Power 90 in the mail today, and P90X in the mail a week ago, im thinking of making a youtube weekly video on them both.

  • P90X is better though (more weight moves/ training)

  • P90X is for graduates of Power 90. Many people cannot do the P90X workouts because they are so advanced. Don't be afraid to start with Power 90.

  • Thanks Energy2Bless

Thats EXACTLY what I was wondering... I had heard they were very intense workouts. I'm now searching for Power 90 :-)

    Perfect, thanks

  • @energy2bless Longtime athlete here...swallowed my pride and started with power 90. It is a decision I do not regret.

  • Oh don't worry about me ( I got P90X and I'm almost done with it). I think I'll get the P90X + soon :D

  • I've been doing the program for about a month now, and I've gotten very good results. I've lost weight, have more energy, and feel better. I would and have recommended this to many of my friends and family. Just stick with it, and it will work.

  • awesome!
