So Leon somehow is able to cross time and space to "retrieve" the Judas mask, which is apparently improbable, as he tells to Stahn and Rutee in Viva! Tales of. He then proceeds to fashion himself into a different person and takes the name "Judas"...

Then later, Emil is able to wear a Judas mask. Same with Yuri and Richard.

I'm guessing Presea eventually decided to continue making more Judas masks...

I love how the loni-kyle and judas mask can also be jokes about how namco never released Tales of Destiny 2 (they released eternia as Destiny 2 but not the real 2) because Loni and Kyle are in destiny 2 and she says it faded fast, and that emil says hes never heard of the judas mask. Not all of them, but some are. Symphonia, Symphonia 2, Phantasia, ND 1, and Summoner's Lineage are all on the same timeline. Destiny and Destiny 2 have their own timeline. Everything else is unrelated.
