Thank you SO MUCH for this video! I initially tried changing my homescreen rows from the option icon, and the homescreen peferences page would not show up. I thought I was going crazy!

If nothing happens when you click Options, it probably needs to be reset. Just remove the battery and then put it back in. Then you should be able to choose Options one time. You'll have to remove the battery again to change it again. See the video at 1:01 for more explanation.
