@celtsball please dont take advice from this guy..you dont need 6 meals a day...the bodybuilding websites only say 6 meals because they know full well that NOBODY has enough time to make 6 meals a day, and therefore they can offer their "MEAL REPLACEMENT" products and make your £££
You can eat 3 meals a day..and have a snack in between on breaks....like fruits and nuts.
what about on the days when you workout? after workout,the body needs fast acting carbs ,am i right? so is a post-workout protein shake with banana good enough? also can i resume with meals with slow acting carbs after my post-workout shake?

i eat oatmeal in the morning a tuna sandwitch at 12 rice eggs and beans at 2 a big meal at 4 and 6 then a peanut butter and honey sandwitch at night and gained about 10 poundds a month. you gotta work out everyday so you can have a good apetiittE. anyways

Hey man, good vid. I've decided to really cut back on meat as to how its processed, chemicals etc, I really dont think its good to eat that much meat 2bh. Anyway, From a vegeterian (im not a vegetarian btw)point of view what would you recommend for protien? I do eat fish and chicken sometimes but I'd rather get my protiens from natural sources, thanks man.
what is your day like on a day like this? and how do you find the time to make this? how often and what do you to do exercise?
