Machines do all the work. Now food is free because you dont need to pay a company because that company has no one to pay. Robots is the key to a money-less society. No money, no problems.
Only if people are greedy and take way too much. There should be laws placed on the topic if there was no money. Over-population is also a factor. We as a race need to be non-selfish and really think before we act.

By establishing a new type of government; Democracy but only geniuses will be eligable to run. That is to say, use-able intelligence and not the amount of PhD's the bloke has. A leader that can for-see, see the potential of science and technology and instead of automatically applying the technology to military use, put it to use for the better of humanity.
sounds like a good idea, but not able to succeed, the people are so used to they type of government we have as of now that they would not be willing to change, and how do you propose to find a leader with such qualities that everyone can agree upon
The United states gdp is higher than that of the entire european union. how is england richer? The US has a much bigger military and a much higher standard of living. The us produces more than any other nation in the world. this is possibly the most pessimistic thing i have ever seen. The human race has been improving its standard of living since the beginning of time and it will continue to do so. sorry to burst your bubble, but we are headed for a better world, not a worse one.
