Actually, you could just replace the sensor bar with two candles, as all what it does is send a static infrared light to tell the wiimote where the screen is located.

@explodinggomba Well, yeah. And they could cause a fire if you accidentally threw your wiimote at them. But that was just a theoretical fact.
