the last time I've cross that bridge, was after our camping trip in Oregon in 1990, we visit san Fransisco for a day, and then we headed back home to Fresno California with my cousins, that was my best vacation ever.

Do you realize what this logic would mean? At the equator, the Earth is spinning at the equivalent of 1000 mph. If the atmosphere (and hence the clouds) didn't move with the Earth, winds would be at 1,000 mph and we would already be long gone... Though at high latitudes, we don't move "as fast," it's still hundreds of miles per hour. In relation to the ground, the clouds DO move.
