  • i have the same lookin truck except mine is a 95 f-150 302, 4x4, 5 speed.

  • to me 351w were a mixed bag of a motor. I've seen some that were just plain killers and some that were complete hogs. The 97 f250 I just sold had a 351w and it was a the biggest hog I ever owned!!!!!! I've had 300 I-6 outpull this one I had.

  • LONG LIVE THE 351 EFI

  • That's great man, the 351W were great powerful motors, Ford's are built strong but I'm honestly surprised you didn't snap a drive shaft ujoint pulling a load like that.

  • u cant beat ford pullling power

  • Look at the wheels on the Semi @ 6-8 secs. It would help if the semi at least had it out of gear, or took his foot off the breaks . The wheels arent moving !!

  • old 351 was a badass engine back in the day

  • my 95 had the windsor. it sat for 3 years without being started or moved with over 500k on it. dropped a new battery in and it fired right up. after an oil change, trans flush, a tune up and some new gas i was towing more weight in 2 wheel than any brand new chevy could handle in 4 low

  • let's see a chevy do that.

  • @xdomaraqx my tahoe could do that

  • man i thought that truck had a 460 in it haha thats sweet looks like u had it in low range and using the brakes to prevent tire slippage but im not sure if thats what u did. it still a sweet vid lol

  • no 4 Hi wasn't using the brakes I had the 4-ways on

  • would have been even easier if the trucker had straightened his wheels

  • just shows how tuff Ford really is

  • yeah really and also if the semi pushed on the gas a little

  • damn thing made it look easy!

  • who ever said that the ford was a diesel is a retard a 351W is a gas engine dumbass's this days eh?

  • Low range and tires on tarmac will do that easily and if you have a low gears in the axles it doesn't really matter what engine you have.

  • Thats true, I have seen a 2.25 diesel landrover with about 70bhp pull a london bus....slowly!

Still this does look easy with suck a heavy load and stuck in mud!

  • that pick couldnt have been the only vehicle pulling it ,..........there had to be another pick or tractor in front of it

  • u obviously underestimate the power of diesel

  • you obviously don't know that the ford is not a diesel.

  • when you think its impossible, get a ford

  • ford all day every day

  • Cool!!! Actually its a 378 Pete the cheap model

  • Parden me. Its not a 378 either.

  • nice.

i might be getting a 1986 f250 split window etxra cab long bed with the 460 in it for my first car.all i have to do is roof a house

  • the 460's r beasts, that is the same exact kind of truck i want

  • yea its bad. i just need to change the oil and itll be mint.

ill never get rid of it

  • Nice my dad has the same thing. He also had a Trans am with a Lt1 and a Old stang built up for drags, when he got the 460 he just put the TA and stang in the backyard. haha i think you will enjoy your truck :)

  • yea for being 15 in school and in a band itll perfect.

long bed to so itll haul my quad no problem.

  • also i dont even ave to roof the house any more the guy just handed me the keys and said be gone i wish you luck

  • Haha thats kick ass man :) I wish you luck also, have fun with your truck

  • I like old F250s like this one better than the new ones.

  • my opinion, but im not sure if it was the ford alone pulling the semi out cause it didnt show the front of the ford , so there might have been another truck helping the ford as well...

  • is that the hartmans?

  • Wow! You should be one to speak. Ford did, and still does run gas engines in their F-250's dumbfuck. Its called a 302 and 351 and also the 460.....those are all gasoline engines. All of which are run in an f-250.

  • I pulled a fully loaded 13 ton (13 tons empty) box truck out of the mud (it was stuck and the guy had buried the rear wheels) with my 90 f150 with the 5.0 302 in 4hi, didn't even have to put it in 4lo

  • i have a question- if you like fords why is your name chevydodge85

  • That is a ford truck for you can pull anything out

  • HELL YEAH, wonder what my 92 straight 6 can pull lol

  • Power House!!!

  • that was ill but that f250 was about to pop

  • poor gearbox...

  • your the fucking retard, what in the hell explains my 96 F450 with a 460, or our garages F250 with a 351?

  • Its gas not diesel tooork plus a little fuel/boost for the cold times lol!

  • your retarded i have a f250 that runs gas

  • .....didn't straighten out the front wheels on the pete right away, just to give it more resistance...right?To show off..LOL!!

  • damn right FORD built tough.. mother fuckers

  • i hope your not serious, they make gas engiens in the 250 adn 350. its called the triton v10. it doesnt take any knowledge to know any of that. altho i did work in the service bay at ford for a while so i could answer alomst any ford truck question you could have. so dont come at me with this shit dumbass. fuck off bc your the biggest fucking idiot on this board now.

  • Okay, I have a question. Why would my truck always run really crappy when its cold and damp conditions? It an '87 F250 351 with a holley 4 barrel. its deffinately not: spark pug wires, spark plugs, or anything of that nature. Think about it and let me know if you come up with any possible solutions.

  • depends, does it run crappy the whole time or just when its cold? cuz carbs need to warm with the rest of the motor. if its not spark, try ignition, fuel delivery, fuel pump and cleaning the carb or possibly rebuilding it. also check for clogs or holes in your exhaust including manifold. how many miles on the motor? when was it last rebuilt if ever? how old is the carb? it prolly has to do with the breathers,b/c when its cold and damp theres less air and more moisture which causes flooding

  • it sounds like your carb isnt breathing as well as it should be maybe the butterflies are getting stuck. the cold and moisture effects that. id say rebuild yoru carb. just get a rebuild kit from autozone. it most likely is the carb. if not try the other things i said. hope that helps good luck man!

  • How do u know ignition is fine?

if damp effects it I would say ignition, spray wd40 on leads see if difference is made.

Have u changed inlet manifold for a non water heated item as inlets can ice up so fuel falls out of suspension in air, some have the inlet directed at exhaust manifold for warm air, have u got a fancy filter by any chance like a K & N?

    Or was holley standard?

In uk holleys have bad reputation for missfires/ faults, maybe due to inexperienced mechanics or quality, not sure.

  • they put DIESEL engines in them too jackass looks like your the one who needs to do some research before you post a fucking comment

  • harley doesnt make dirtbikes you FUCKING RETARD

  • shiftiixii, your talking about a diesel, this is a gas engine. more impressive period. no one cares what a diesel can pull because weve seen it all before. this is absolutley amazing.

  • Ford's are built to work and they do not need a Diesel to do it.

  • hookin the chains to the trailer hitch? wat you trying to do rip your truck down the center?

  • thats nothing compared to what a duramax did pulling out a tracotr tailer with a combine on it, thats balls not this shitty ford a fuckign half ton could prolly do this

  • take your jap lovin bullshit and blow it out your ass

  • BUT!!! thats a gas motor in the ford. a 351 windsor.

  • you fuckin idiot thats a diesel...a ford deisel could yank tractor trailor with a duramax pullin the other way

  • he is lucky his ford held up first ford i hve seen hold up to pulling im chevy all the way got 2000 chevy dually 454 4 door hell yea

  • woo hoo. no one cares.

  • go watch a front test crash test on a f150 the whole god damn truck is a crumple zone

  • You mean the 97-2003 F150, good idea basing your argument on a crash test on a truck that hasn't been built in the US for 5 years, who's the safest car company now? FORD. 351 Windsor is a good motor, better than a chevy 350, heck, an Olds rocket 350 is a better engine than the chevy 350.

  • but the driver is ok.

  • i guess

  • thats awesome

  • Ive got a 93 f150 with this motor. Pulled my 82 mercedes (4300 lbs) 600 miles with overdrive off. 75-80 whole way...around 3500-3700 rpm....GREAT TRUCK

  • its deff not fake the front tires on the semi are turned but they are getin draged

  • its not a diesel you retard...

  • I'd have gotten the hell away from that chain..

  • Agreed. That was very dangerous especially attaching it to the trailer ball.

  • so is unprotected sex... but we still do it regardless =]

  • Speak for yourself. I like to keep my limbs well clear of flying shrapnel.

  • I got an old '86 Ford. Love that truck. Something got to give in 4x4 Low in 1st gear bull dog (NP435).

  • Why the hell would you put it on the ball mount?

  • see the front tire slid. it was dragin it.

  • Holy shit thats a windsor? I knew they were good but not that good. props!

  • dodge power is better lol

    nice vid tho

  • oh really? I'd like to see an old dodge do that.

  • An old dodge could do that with ease.

  • proof people, proof. still ain't seen it.

  • That's what I'm saying. A Dodge would blow their transmission.

  • screw dodge a dodge or chevy or any thing else couldnt even pull it self out

  • so how much longer did the trans last lol

  • It still holdin up a year later...Also not he first time I did something like that, just the first time with a camera there

  • thats real power i pulled my uncles 379 out of the mud with my 83 f150 he was sunk down pretty good and i was on wet grass the front of his truck was covered in mud when i was through but i got it out ford power lets see weak ass chevy do that

  • Badass keep it going ford all the way 379 or 378 either way it was pullrd

  • they can be integrated or outside the fender BUT that is a 378 the 379 shorthood is just a shorterhood thats a 378 hands down

  • hey not to be a smartass but that is a 378 not a 379 379's dont have the slightly sloping hood :) anyways fucking FORD Power

  • Hey, not to be a smartass, but that IS a 379 with a standard hood. You are thinking of the extended hoods (most common) as they don't slope. A 378 has the headlights integrated into the fenders. :)

  • u want see a chevy do somethin like that

  • purely. badass.

  • waw nice.. i pulled a big flatbed truck once too with my f250

  • Thats My Truck!! All Ford All Day Long!!!

  • Awesome! Cool Video!

  • Favorited. Awesome.

  • nice job. aint no biggie tho. u on pavement. dun crap lik that qith my 1/2 ton.

  • yeah then it tore your bed off and now it's a 1/2 truck.

  • i dont see why it aint real

  • Nice pull. 379 driver isn't too sharp with the steerin tho. lol

  • what do you mean?

  • he had the wheels turned so it made it harder to pull

  • there was no place else he could have steered

  • striaght

  • That's what I was thinking, but he was a twat in the first place for putting his truck in that situation.

  • Hahah very nice. Im the guy who pulled the semi in the snow. This is one SWEET video. Our 2 ford videos show how tough these trucks really are

  • nice going ford

  • Like its that tough. For one hes on pavement and two if you put it into 4 lo its not that hard. I mean dont get me rong its still cool.

  • I wasn't in 4lo it was 4high

  • I smell big time bullshit

  • beleave it or not, this is real

  • The truck had to be running though.

  • who said the truck wasnt running??? the truck cant be moving without its running! the semi cant be pushing the ford with a rope pal!

  • the semi.

  • are you sure???? :P

  • BUILT FORD TOUGH!!!!

  • FORD TRUCKS RULE!!!

  • not bad at all man, FORD POWER
