OSU was the better team. It was obvious that Miami was favored; the media didn't give OSU a chance, bull shit calls were made against them, and Miami was barely flagged for holding and interference all night (holding is my main issue). Despite these setbacks they fought through it. One call comes in favor for OSU and suddenly they "cheated" and "payed off the refs" give me a break, take into account the whole game before making such ignorant accusations. Accept the loss and move on.

That interference was a bad call in OT. Holding maybe, but hard to tell and flag was late if so. However, two holding penalties and a catch in bounds -- both missed during the same play when OSU was up 17-14 and driving with a few minutes left in regulation. Holding against Gamble on a fake inside, then when breaking outside, then called out of bounds when inbounds. 3 bad call let Miami get ball back for tieing FG. OSU deserved to win the game during regulation after pounding the thugs.

Miami has been in shambles since Ohio State ripped their hearts out of them. Miami will lose to the Buckeyes in the Shoe. The Buckeyes have a better QB, stable of RB's, better WR's and a MUCH better defense. The conference Ohio State plays in is MUCH stronger than the ACC, and last season showed that with the Big Ten's dominance. The same thing will happen to Miami in 2002, and in last year's bowl game. They will lose to a superior Big Ten defense. Hell, Oregon was better than Miami.

OSU was the better team. It was obvious that Miami was favored; the media didn't give OSU a chance, bull shit calls were made against them, and Miami was barely flagged for holding and interference all night (holding is my main issue). Despite these setbacks they fought through it. One call comes in favor for OSU and suddenly they "cheated" and "payed off the refs" give me a break, take into account the whole game before making such ignorant accusations. Accept the loss and move on.

Miami's offense in the last 10 minutes of regulation was SO irrelevant. Roscoe Parrish and Todd Sievers were the only two players that kept Miami in this.

OSU still hasnt finished paying off the referee from this game on the pass interference call. Only 30 seconds after the play, but hey water under the bridge. Funny to see OSU fans calling Miami thugs and criminals. UH any one remember who was running the ball for OSU in this game. Yeah he was a real success in the community and the NFL....

The documentary was about how fast they came from no where, then the rapid decline back into mediocre-ville. Maybe you can ask Mike Irvin to come back, maybe he can dance before games or something. Or have 2 live crew celebrate a 6-4 season. You might have some glory days in our future though, soon as the players get out of prison.
