  • Also... There are people on the spectrum that may wish they would function better in social situations but they're difficulties are too big for them to be able to. Be careful with your generalisations as is common in ASD's. Not thinking anything other then what you see to be true as possible is also common. But other then that. The best of luck to you and your girlfriend. May the force be with you. :)

  • isnt this the same as downs syndrome? and homosexuality? all the same thing arent they?

  • People with Aspergers tend to make up with their lack of social interaction, like for example, I'm Aspergers and I can tell how people are feeling by what they are typing.

I got bullied for having both ADHD and Autism, because I have trouble socialising.

I have uploaded a video about Autism and how it's made me feel by living with it:

    watch?v=YC2YSPni4_U

People say that people with Autism are bad people, I think not, I've lived with it.

  • glad I watched this now as I never knew what "syndrome" really meant,I was only diagnosed last Nov I'm still learning, sometimes I doubt I even am other days I think yer,I find your video educational.

  • The Man? Sounds like a hedonist. I feel like I belong in Amsterdam Cr., I get along nicely with people there. Just because I'm Aspie it doesn't mean I'm anti-social, dependent, or nasty. You can be calm when in trouble (though difficult) if you put your mind to it, it's done by philosophy, not an easy task. Life is difficult, it's not easy!

  • You believe Asperger's is silly? You're confused, you said "if it's outside of their head", what are you thinking? Are you a boozehound or something? You sound like a hardarse atheist, and you're getting offensive.

  • Is Asperger's an ass? By which I mean too negative to be pessimistic? Or are some Aspies just arseholes? Relax you 50 year bad life crap twats, go with life, man, don't be hassled by the Man, life an alternative lifestyle, believe in what you truly believe in, as a pessimist, it's more fun to point out the evil without starting a fight, my life got much simpler, I'm Asperger's but I learned to live better, I learned to get away with saying bad things; I tried it with passion, I'm enjoying myself

  • I understand your pain, are you Asperger's? You sound like the Aspies in the USA. They're proud to be American.

  • @nyonyachandra

Not to mention, Chemer constitutes it in that his behaviour is abnormal, is exaggerated, and repetitive; the fact he may actively exaggerate it proves that he can control it, it's just for the internet.

  • @nyonyachandra

This is a failure on your part to note the meaning of mannerism.

    "

A habitual gesture or way of speaking or behaving; an idiosyncrasy.

A gesture or expression that becomes abnormal through exaggeration or repetition."

This, of course, when checked against behaviour, is almost synonymous.

  • @nyonyachandra

    >I also know the criteria from my own psychiatric training

    Confirmed for delusional disorder.

    >being an abusive small-minded moron

    >implies she is a professional

    >proceeds to use unprofessional language

    It's Emma.

  • Sorry. Sorry, didn't mean to offend you by writing syndrome. I'm sorry.

  • @rohgenextfan syndrome is a collection of disorders so why would I be upset?

  • Aspergianstar, I don't know how you feel about television shows that depict characters with disorders, be it intentional or unintentional, but there is an American comedy show called The Big Bang Theory where a character named Sheldon. People who watch the show write He has Aspergers Syndrome. The writers wrote that it was unintentional but that they see how Sheldon has Aspergers. Just wanted to let you know. Clips of the show can be watched here on youtube.

  • @rohgenextfan I always felt that The Big Bang Theory was more about Geeks or Nerds that are more interested in Science than girls. I on the other hand may be AS but I have loved women for years. I am so fortunate to be with a woman now that is as sexual as myself so I am happy :)

  • @nyonyachandra It takes one to know one

  • @nyonyachandra If I was not worth your time then why the hell respond. You are looking for a reaction. I gave you the sources so you can look up the diagnostic criteria in your own time. You can also search on google if you do not believe what I have to say. The criteria is very ridged and specific as to who has Aspergers Syndrome.

  • @nyonyachandra No the only people to judge on Aspergers are the professionals. You do not have the right to diagnose yourself. You can however think that you fit some of the criteria but if you don't have a professional opinion then you can't say you have Aspergers. Its like someone with a growth on their neck could say they had cancer but a professional could say it was just a big cist.

  • @nyonyachandra

The same can be argued of you and your latently aggressive vitriol regarding Steven. You want to drive him into a psychiatric criminal-care facility simply due to your dislike of his mannerisms. That's fascism if I've ever seen it, and so it wouldn't be a far stretch to judge you in the same level of need for this 'care.' (That being said, these institutions are far from caring, nor do they treat much.)

  • @RaymondLikesMen Its ok Chris the waster is obviously projecting his own state of mind onto me.

  • @Aspergianstar2009

Uploading a video now. Nyonyachandra has been confirmed as Emma.

  • @RaymondLikesMen oh neem I was hoping it was another enemy to fight in 2012 lol

  • @RaymondLikesMen oh neem I was hoping it was another enemy to fight in 2012 lol

  • @RaymondLikesMen bad news I thought I had a new enemy in 2012 how uninteresting lol

  • @Aspergianstar2009

Yeah it's a shame, but then again, old enemies can make for two things -- either new friends, or people ripe and ready to be re-milked for lulz.

  • @nyonyachandra

You appear to be a self-hating plebian then, in the way your pretense drives you to act as some sort of tin god over Steven. Granted, he is no infallible authority, but you've no authority in assessing Steve's condition as 'criminal' by any stretch of the imagination. It wouldn't surprise me if you were either one of Emma Quigley or Charlie le Clercq. Emma can't write intelligible English, so probably the latter.

  • A full HD Video around 15 mins for youtube under this system actually with OPEN GL will render on Adobe After FX in around 2-3 hours if it has a lot of effects. But normally I can get it down to an hour with simple green screen etc. My Grafix Card however is a cheap one that cost 40 pounds. I am sure with a higher profile one I could cut that time. But I am not too interested now as long as I can get on with other things whilst it is rendering. My old card took 8 hours to render

  • @Aspergianstar2009

I don't make very resource demanding videos for a good reason. If you are trying to convey information on a subject, its presentation is meaningless. Making it fancy has actually been shown to drive the attention of viewers away from it. Our viewerbase on YouTube is evolving to become a more information-conscious crowd of video consumers.

  • @RaymondLikesMen normally for quick videos I use camtasia with the call outs. It is a very fast system and doesn't require much processing power. For slightly more detailed videos that need special effects or for green screen I use Adobe After Effects. This takes longer normally 3-4 hours for a good 20 min vid

  • My perfect spec PC would be AMD Phenom Black Edition. 8-16 GB DDR3 Sata SD 60 gig hard drive. Sata 10 gig or the lowest you can get simply for swap file and storing extra data. The graphics card would have to have at least 2 gig Cache Mem and 2 maths coprocessors. Extra Cooling with 4 fans around the case. The best Motherboad would either be ASROCK for AMD, MSI Neo both would handle the power.

  • @nyonyachandra and I suppose you are going to be the person to do it right???? Nah wrong but if you want to be a football for me to kick around in 2012 then go ahead. I am not playing the nice game anymore. Besides I would be breaking one of my New Years Resolutions. So when do we start. Its up to you easy way or the hard way. Cause I can carry on forever. You only have to ask older members on here.

  • Self-diagnosed aspies are wankers.

  • @TheIPGCorporations Ryan its like everyone else says you can't diagnose yourself. It takes a professional. Self Diagnosed Aspies I do feel sorry for as they don't know what they are. They think they got it but they have no way of proving it. They make sites or come on youtube, yet they have no way of knowing if they are ADD, ADHD or PDD. Only way they can find out is the professional way.

  • @Aspergianstar2009 I agree, mate.

  • yeah my bacround picture is an example i didnt have problems with eye contact cuz it was photo booth and i was alone in the room socially i have problems to be social even if its a round quite little table with maybe trhee or four people sitting there i am most likely to be silent and get stressed and dont know where to look although i want to be social and talk i try to tale eye contact but every time i get insecure and stressed out & stiff i think i can only be myself with family..

  • @idis91 I know where you are coming from. Had the same problems myself and hate parties and normally find myself retiring away in another room

  • @Aspergianstar2009 yes i remember a class mate in third grade he had his birthday while the other kids played with toys etc i did look through the windows in the livingroom his mom encouraged me but i just said no mom later said i had to learn to play i just wondered why

  • @idis91 the thing is that kids are more instinctive than adults. Kids will pick up that you do not play the same games as them or join in the same way. Kids can be cruel. But at least they tell you the truth and what they are thinking about you. Adults well they may be nice to your face but laughing behind your back. I prefer honesty.

  • @Aspergianstar2009 yes indeed.

  • One of my favorite sayings about people with autism is "if you've met one person with autism. You've met ONE person with autism."

  • 2:06 I'd appreciate if you didn't use the political idea of socialism out of context. Thanks.

  • @RaymondLikesMen lol that was a mistake neemer I was meaning about socialising even I can make mistakes

  • I like this guy...

  • @RaymondLikesMen Hey is that you Chris??

  • @Aspergianstar2009

Yes. We've established that already, no?

I'm back on YouTube, but I've no plans to troll you. Basically I'm keeping to my political videos this time on socialism/Juche/'north' Korea etc.

I'll take you up on your Skype offer though. xD Haven't spoken in a while.

  • @Aspergianstar2009

Oh, and in other news: my computer has been installed with quite a few expansions, 4 GB of RAM and a 1 GB mid-end graphics card, so now my computer can handle more than Skype. It's really good going in fact, quite fast, no longer freezes during calls or games, etc.

  • @RaymondLikesMen You should try a bare bones system I built mine from bare bones which is good if you have an old computer with some parts working. Ram is cheap at the moment so try and fit as many gigs as the motherboard can take. If you are not doing anything really memory hungry then 4 gig is ok for video editing 8 or 16 gig ddr 3 is preferable with a good graphics card take care Chris what you doing for New Years

  • @Aspergianstar2009

I was on 1 GB before this and almost always on pagefile. I've noted improvements everywhere. I just didn't have the money before.

I think my motherboard can theoretically handle up to 64 GB of RAM or something, according to both the Belarc tool and the Crucial tool. Catch being, only DDR2 RAM is supported (anything up to PC2-8300; the clock rate of my current RAM is 7400 I think). I've got 2 slots unused and 2 slots used.

  • @Aspergianstar2009

Also I had NO external graphics before this. So all is good.

  • @RaymondLikesMen sounds cool a bare bones system if you have at least 300 to spare is a good option though if you know what you are doing

  • @Aspergianstar2009

Yeah I was thinking about building a system along with my friend John, but we've split recently due to political differences (met him at an Occupy meet up of the local Communist party here; friendship was good for 3 months, then he decded his 'own' ideology, basically a cult, was 'better', so I cut contact). I only hung around him for weed. So I'll build it on my own. I haven't built a system since I was 16 in 2007, so this will be a large re-learning curve for me.

  • @RaymondLikesMen just remember that everything plugs into the power supply now. It didn't used to put it does now. That is the mistake I made.

  • @Aspergianstar2009

Ah. There's a way around that problem. Get low-profile cards. They're smaller and less powerful but they are therefore not reliant on the PSU at all. My card ain't, at any rate.

  • @RaymondLikesMen basically most graphics cards with 1 gig of on-board memory are good

  • @Aspergianstar2009

The main measure of graphics performance is not in the memory of a card. A 512 MB card that runs at about 201 GFlops will run better than a 1 GB card that runs at 125 GFlops for example. I'm sure you know what that is, basically the vector graphical instruction rate.

  • @RaymondLikesMen Cache memory is extremely fast and everyone knows even if you have the best CPU in a computer if you have say 2 gig of ram you aint going to get much out of windows. Where as what you saying is true, you do need the mem to be able to crunch the numbers and store at such a fast rate that the graphics do not slow down. I don't do gaming so I would only use a high profile graphics card for video rendering

  • @Aspergianstar2009

But I know it's in the hundreds of GFlops so I don't care. xD

  • @RaymondLikesMen if you are talking technical you would need cache memory on your card. It is expensive memory but my god its fast. If they could make it cheaper for standard computers you would load applications in seconds. I would also recommend a SD Hard Drive but make sure you use a conventional one to store your swap file as they can only be written to so many times. That is why they are only used mainly for OS because OS hardly changes apart from updates. Never defrag one either

  • @Aspergianstar2009

    I'm not celebrating New Years.

It's not a cultural thing or anything, it's just another year to me, eh?

  • @RaymondLikesMen well its been a cunt of a year so we are he he

  • Autism, derived from the Greek word "autos", which means "self".

I got mine in 1995. I'm old school, yo.

  • @TrollPea

    1996 for me.

  • @TrollPea auto such as auto matic which would mean self matic as in it commands itself yep that could work

  • are u mad at this guy

  • @Hi675445 I hate self diagnosed plebs

  • Keep making videos like this, it's really informative for NT's to try and understand AS as much as possible.

  • @XrotarebiL thank you in 2012 you will see more like this and more going after wasters as I am back on top form thank you for supporting me and others who have supported me in 2011

  • Get em' all told, buddy - you've taken more than enough shit on here for no good reason.

  • @twelvestreets hey there you and I have had some words in 2011 but its great to start 2012 as friends I hope your new year will be better than this one. I would not wish this one on my worst enemy happy new year to you Twelvestreets

  • I thoroughly enjoyed this rant. Happy new year & all the best for 2012!!!

  • @darkallegiance666 thank you I am on top form now time to slap a few wasters down that like to hurt others :)
