@Ryan3v1 no you can change willingly, but if i remember right you can only change once a day because it's classed as a power, like battle cry, voice of the emperor blah blah, till you find some special ring, but for the purpose of becoming a werewolf, your first transformation isn't controlled by you. just don't change infront of your wife/husband or a town you like

Dude if you helped the wood elf in riverwood, you can level a lot fastest. After you help him with the girl he likes he follows you and battles with you. And he teaches archery, so just pay him all you got and then take the money back since he works with you. and he can get you up to 50 in archery and raising archery got me to level 9
