I was lucky enough to see this on stage in London during its run (major Jeremy Brett fan and Holmes fanatic). I had front-row seats. I truly felt like I was in the same room with Holmes & Watson! Amazing preformances! They should have taped this and put it on video. Amazing to see this here! Thank you for this.

I used to watch the series with my dad at the time this was performed (I was 8) and have been a fan ever since. If only I had been old enough to go to London to see it...

I went to see a play at the Wyndham's when I visited London recently. It was a great play but it was also very touching just to be there and see the plaque and imagine JB and EH performing there on that stage 20 years years ago. And of course when I listen to this now I see the theater before me.

I think this is the most wonderful gift what a Jeremy fan can give. We listen to this and sitting our armchair (or anywhere), close our eyes and the outside world stops and we can see him on the stage.

Yes, the performance of a lifetime, and I am sure Jeremy would be very happy that this part of his performance, this play that has meant such a great deal to him, has been preserved to remain with us.
