ummmm... this part you can finish in 5 seconds..... the flying things jump at them and press O (grab them) to bring the down, the shades you just need to block exactly when they hit you so they get damaged instead of dodging around for 5 minutes uselessly.

Just something to note, when those wraith things are thrown in the air, you can keep tapping the grab button and more or less bounce them around like basketballs.
