I had the same problem because i didn't replace PSPTube. I just put HighMem Mod and it said "game could not be started". Be sure to put the new folder PSPTube given with HighMem Mod.

basically the only requirements is to have cfw.

It works fine on both psp slim and phat but on slim you'll notice that it gives you more speed since there is more ram

Custom firmware is installed a customized Firmware that allows you to do many cool stuff in the PSP that sony doesn't allow. To install custom firmware you must hack your psp using a MagicMemoryStick and a PandoraBattery, How to create them? look up in my videos for "how to hack"

There are two ways: create them with a nother psp that has been already hacked, or doing it manually with your pc (mms) and the battery buy it as pandora or convert yours by opening it and cutting something inside.
