Next time I see you, watch out--you're getting a massive hug! The last week has been extra difficult for me as I wrestle with where my career is going, how the duck I'm going to find a survival job, what I want to do with myself, aspirations, self-worth, etc. I've also noticed that I'm carrying a lot of tension in my jaw and face (coincidence?)... DUH! I had a freaking alien on my face!!  Great advice, wonderful energy--thank you so much for posting this!

hehe, I hate getting aliens on my face :-)

I still use the "Pink Dot", a technique I learned with Scott Sedita.

Brilliant! Thank you, Helenna. I think we all get freaked out, or psych ourselves out in one way or another. I will definitely try to keep this video in mind when that happens. I think my favorite part of "Goodbye, alien" is "acknowledge it." Again, thank you so much.
