Acutually you can do a back kick/sweep to the knee from the cat stance.

@Mrpreshutchins which makes sense,the trademark of a good cat stance is if someone sweeps your front leg from under you,and you don't move. if you do move,you don't have enough weight on the back leg.

This See Fu is very practical, and gives you nice lessons. I remember when I studied Tae Kwon Do, the bouncing on your heels, man it burns after a while! It's alot of conditioning.
