I like Abyss as a monster heel. I don't even mind people around Abyss being comedic but Abyss himself being goofy doesn't work for me. This slow drawn out return to the "Old" abyss is a nice direction. Although.... after the Matt Morgan fued storyline, who is next for abyss? There's no more Black Rain (Dustin Rhodes) there's no more RELLIK, there's no more Tomko.....

There are no other "Monsters" in TnA to have a good feud with Abyss.

This Heel Turn for Matt Morgan is interesting though - but I don;t know if Matt has the acting chops for it. He should watch some JAKE THE SNAKE footage to learn how to cut a great heel Promo.
