  • If Mary was sinless, why did she need a savior?

  • @whiteclaudia9 She was born without original sin on account of God granting her that special priviledge. It was not something that she accomplished on her own; it was the will of God. Therefore, He still is her savior.

  • If I had the power of God to save my mother from sin before she was born, I would, too. Jesus Christ truly is Mary's Lord and Savior because He saved her before any of us.

Any person who bore God in them for a split second let alone 9 months would undoubtedly never want or need another man inside them.

The physical bond between Mary and Jesus for those 9 months was an unbreakable spiritual bond.

Mary never consummated her love with Joseph because her love for her Son was infinitely greater.

  • If Jesus is our Brother, and Mary is His Mother... doesn't that make us her children as well?

We don't pray TO Mary and the Saints, we pray THROUGH them, exactly like I would ask you to pray for me. But it makes more sense to ask Mary and the Saints to pray for us since they're IN HEAVEN, as close to God as they can possibly get.

  • If none of this is true- then why has Mary's intercession never failed anyone who has sincerley sought her help? Why did 3 children see visions of Mary in Fatima Portugal and thousands saw the miracle of the sun dancing, the sky changing into different colors, converting many nonbelievers to Christianity? Why have some of the holiest people in the world been devoted to the Blessed Mother? Why is the Rosary such a powerful prayer?

Because Mary leads us ever closer to Jesus.

  • The belief that Mary is an advocate before the Father is yet another man-made tradition, not supported by Scripture. Moreover, the Bible defies Catholic doctrine by declaring that Jesus, not Mary, is the only Advocate:

"...if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:" 1 John 2:1

  • Mary's biological connection to Jesus is not important to God. What is important is our obedience to God's will.

"As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd called out, “Blessed is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you.” He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.” (Lk. 11:27-28)

  • In heaven, Jesus' mother is not just Mary but everyone who keeps God's commandments.

"Whoever does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.” (Mk. 3:35)

  • Mary admits that she is a sinner, in need of a Savior--1:04

    (from a former Catholic)

  • Many religions broken from the Catholic church omits a lot of the bible. Did anyone know this? So, please research all religions. And how everyone decided to break away from The one true Church and start their own. Mostly because of greed. And power or hate because the catholic church said, no, u can not do this or that. Please stop with the hatred. Is this what other religions teach? I am Proud to be catholic. And wevlog keep up the good work. ;O)

  • @LanaV6 wrong

  • @Evangeline220 yes u r. but it is alright. :o)

  • deer that is such a lie what versus in the bible are u talking about that it says to worship the queen of heaven ? u most likey got that out of that catholic bible there added 7 books have been proven not to be from god not only that but they replace versus with god and replace them with mary go to my page there is a link i wrote a blog called catholic church exposed

  • @SuperIsaac50 How does one prove if a book in the Bible is from God?

  • @WeVlog Many religions came from Catholic religion. King james was mad because the catholic church said, u can not get a divorce. So, he said, I will make my own religion. king james version. yes, his version. not GOD's. It has happened to many man made religions. Our religion started with JESUS himself. Do not care what others say. Have u notice other religions what hate they carry? I am proud to be Catholic. I hate no one. I am raised to love everyone. I would help even an enemy. And i have.

  • @SuperIsaac50 The Catholic Church did not add 7 books to the Bible, other religions that branched off of the Catholic Church took AWAY those books because they didn't like what they said. I'm sorry if that sounds kind of terrible, but it's what happened.

  • Thanks for this video. Would like to see more please!

  • why do catholics teach that mary's birth was the immaculate conception??? can someone please give all the scriptures that support this teaching and in light of Luke 47.. mary makes it very clear "my spriti rejoices in God my SAVIOUR".. and could someone please give me all the scriptures that tell me mary is the "mother of GOD"????? I thought God was the UNCREATED ONE??..mother of Jesus Christ, the Sonof God, YES.mother of GOD???

  • WE HONOR HER FOR HECK SAKES, why in the world do we fight over RELIGION and over what way we should worship or who to worship, listen we dont worship her we honor i dont go Worshiping my mother on earth do i NO i honor her i talk to her, I LOVE HER, and i do things for my mother thats what honoring means to me so stop get over it we LOVE JESUS OVER MARY WE WORSHIP HIM AND I LOVE GOD SO THERE YOU GO :)

    God Bless Ya :)

  • Thank you, but I fear you will not convince the blind....

Revelation 11/12 speak of Mary the mother of our Lord and in 12:17 we read and he went to make war on the rest of her children.....

BEHOLD THY MOTHER the new Eve as Christ is the new Adam, a creature glorified and set apart by God to be raised to the status that God intended us all to be a Woman without sin a Woman full of Grace A Woman so pure that God could dwell within the Holy Temple of her womb.

  • Lets take a look at the Queen of heaven in Jeremiah.

You think Queen of heaven is new, better think again. Did the Lord let them continue praying to such a thing.

Nothing is new, the term history repeats itself, the bible clearly teaches us this. Because here we go again,

The Lord said, Keep bowing down and worshiping the queen of heaven.

They paid in Jeremiahs time, what makes you think you will not do the same and face the Lords anger?

READ YOUR BIBLE, quit changing his word

  • Every quote in this video came exactly as it appears in the Bible.

  • Whole Bible is allegory with maybe some basic historical events . Get over it already.

  • @Deesrickchevrolet In Jeremiah, they were praying to Queen of Heaven: Astarte or Aphrodite she was worshiped. So yes they were told not to worship Idols. Catholic's give honor not worship to Mary and the Saints. There is only one God, and only one Savior of the World, Jesus Christ. You have much to learn my friend and I will pray for your wisdom. Hope you arn't reading from a KJV bible since King James was a known sodomite and King Henry beheaded 3 wives. They were the ones who created it

  • @mljordan123 Greatly said, thank you. sheeeeeesh about time. ;o)

  • People openly trying to declare Mary worship is ok...in the Bible,

And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked." (Luke 11:27)

Jesus' response to worshipping Mary's womb?!

Very next verse dispels all doubt that God is above Mary...

"But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it." (Luke 11:28)

    Amazing!!!!

  • We don't worship Mary, and we don't think she is equal to God. She is THE handmaid of the Lord.

  • First we don't worship Mary. She is the creature, not the creator. We only say that God created her for a special purpose. The mistake you make in your use o fLuke 11:27 is you contradict Luke 1 which says Mary was blessed among women. Is that passage wrong? No. But it was because she kept the word of God as 11:27 says. Her fiat "be it done unto me according to thy word" is why Catholics HONOR her.

  • even though Mary is most honor in Christianity......

her name NEVER became title of any book in BIBLE....!!!

  • Neither did our Lord's. Nor did Moses. Nor did Abraham. What's your point?

  • my point is......

PAUL , MATTHEW , MARK, LUKE and JOHN

    more HOLY in CHRISTIANITY than.....

MARY, ABRAHAM, JESUS and MOSES !!!!

  • They are credited for writing the gospels, thus the reason for their names being on the books of the Bible.

  • credited for writing.....???

    They write the GOSPEL.......!!

their gospel NOT EXIST during Jesus.....!!

    Jesus NEVER teach their Gospel......!!

  • They did not write the bible. The gospel was given to the people by these apostles. It was the people who eventually wrote the stories, naming the books after those who they heard it from.

The Gospels contain the missions of Jesus. No, Jesus did not sit down and write it himself.

  • It was Actually St.Iranaeus who identified which books were written by who. At that time these gospels didnt have names the writers were pretty much anonymous but Iranaeus(student of St.Polycarp who intern was a student of John the Apostle) eventually discovered who actually wrote them

  • Thanks for the info :)

  • Mary is not honoured within Christianity. Just the Catholic church prays to Idols.

  • Wrong. I know plenty of Protestants who respect Christ's mother. Just because you don't doesn't mean no one does.

  • What ever you say you must be God right cause you know everything about christianty lol :), come on anglicans Have there own way of honoring mary its in there own way how do i know i have an Anglican Aunt so ya, oh and Catholics are Christians you can denied it all you want but one day when you are mature enough you will understand. :).

    God Bless ya. :)

  • @170853aug WE do not have idols. And we pray to the Blessed Virgin Mother. Mary is honored in many religions. After all, how many women do u know that is without sin. More importantly, how many do u know that gave birth to the LORD JESUS CHRIST? Just think abou that. And she has made many miracles in her son's name. Many! So, there must be something to it. I think JESUS would love for us to pray and love his mother. He loved her deeply. Why not us? Think about this now.

  • Thank you Brother you doing a Great Work!!!

    God bless you ..

  • Thanks alot alaya10008... i appreciate it =)

  • I just listen to your music video, I am playing it twice if you can follow me, it has been doing me so good, its got alot of my chest, and if you play this music together twice on the internet, it sounds like I am in a beautiful monastery, i thought i just tell you the good news, and i am sorry if you think I am sounding immature, I am just telling you a good thing.

  • This is one of the best songs on your channel. I love it.

  • I always picture the Virgin mary like the apparitions of medjgorje, she is 19 or 20 years old, with black hair, blue eyes, and almost always she is smiling, it has been very diffiuclt to describe Our Lady's beauty as best they can manage, she is very beautiful and they have never seen a young woman like her, she is slender and light and speak their own lanuage croation with a very musical voice, I feel s osrry for our lady because so many irgnoarant people don't like her?

  • What a beautiful song, about the Virgin Mary, She is an amazing person and I love her so much, I know this song, my parents got this song on a cd, its so beautiful, the flute music is just so gorgeous.

  • The most sad thing about being a Catholic is that non-catholics think that we are pagans, worshipping idols and praying to Mary as God... If they only knew the TRUTH. May those who received the grace unceasingly pray for those who were not given. May they also be given the enlightenment that She is a Mother them, not only to us Catholics, but all of God's creation.

  • Yeah, it is sad. Its pure ignorance on their part. And, unfortunately, most are not willing to listen with an open mind in order to truly attempt to understand our faith.

  • Joseph never had any children of his own, but he was the foster father of Jesus, God is the Almighty Father and he wanted to save the world, so all might believe in him.

  • I know this song so well, I have got a record about it? Lovely music Mike by the way, I love it, Our Lady is definetly virgin, she never had sex with any man, she was a pure maiden, she had no choice to marry Joseph because if she didn't she would be stoned, if you can follow me, God made her pregant.

  • Mary was the first tabernacle, in that she carried our most beloved Jesus. We do not pray to Mary, we ask for her intersession just as we ask our mom before we go to our father. As Catholics we never put Mary before Jesus. She is our spiritual mother he is our brother and God is our Father. God our father has sent Mary because as a mother we might listen to her. She is asking all people to come to her son.

  • Beautifully stated! Thanks!

  • You are most welcome.

  • Okay. Thankyou for making it clear to me.

  • My understanding is that you catholics have a doctine of Immaculate Conception whereby Mary remained a virgin all her life. This has got nothing to do with us protestants. Scholars as far as I know have never doubted the references to Jesus' siblings in Matthew 12. Nor the ascription of James the writer of the epistle. However, unless these discussions help to dissolve our doubts or draw us nearer to Christ they are merely academic.

  • Our goal in making these videos is to reach "fallen Catholics" and/or those who are not familiar with the Catholic faith. It was never our intention to enter into debates with people, but unfortunately we commonly get those evangelical Christian types in here who have no respect for other peoples beliefs and we are forced to defend our faith; although lately the "block user" button has been the easiest solution to dealing with them. They are worse than attacks from atheists.

  • you are actually mixing 2 doctrine. The Immaculate Conception states that Mary, through the intercession of the Holy Spirit, was concieved without original sin and remained sinless until her death. The Doctrine of Perpetual Virginity, howeve, states that she was a Virgin before, during, and after the birth of Jesus until her death

  • Jesus had brothers and sisters. Why is Mary still referred to as a virgin? I believe in the virgin birth but to place Mary in such high regard puzzles me. The Bible teaches that no-one comes to the Father except thru' Jesus. Why do catholics pray to Mary? Doesn't seem right to me. Jesus is our mediator.

  • There is no biblical proof that Mary gave birth to any other kids. The term "brothers" in some other cultures extends past what other countries (like the US & Australia) define as brothers.

We Catholics do not replace Jesus with Mary. If you took the time to investigate our beliefs regarding Mary & the saints, you might come to a better understanding and appreciation of our Lord's beloved mother. I'm not trying to be sarcastic or rude, just offering a suggestion.

  • And don't forget we are all brothers in sisters in Christ

  • I agree with that, but I think many don't.

  • The word 'Adolphoi' means cousin in hebrew, as well as brother. they did not distinguish a difference. furthermore, brother (which taken litteraly means FULL-brother) cant be taken litterally becsaue Jesus was not born of joseph. So they cant be brothers. nothing more than half brothers. also, early saints and historians said that Joseph was a widower and had children in that marriage. Those could have been brothers. if he was, then Jewish law would forbid him from having relations with Mary

  • It is generally agreed that it is to John's home that Mary is invited.

  • If you take the Lord's words literally, then yes... it appears that He was speaking only to John. But the Church believes, like with everything else spoken by our Lord, that his words have deeper meaning that applies to all of his disciples. In speaking to his disciple John, we believe that the Lord was speaking to all of us disciples.

  • If I used your words then I could say that Jesus was speaking to all his disciples when he told peter he was building his church. So what is it. Literal or not. You can't have it both ways. Your taking both out of context and giving them deeper meanings.

Jesus says anyone that Jumps over the fence is a thief. Are we to believe that one could actually jump over the fence to get into heaven?

It's best if we read the bible in it's original context instead of looking for deeper Meaning.

  • Nope, your denial doesn't stand true in that case because Jesus specifically mentioned Peter's name when He appointed him as the rock in which He'll build His Church. From the cross, Jesus addressed John as "son". If I go by your argument of taking this verse literally then I would have to assume that Jesus is the earthly father of John because He called John "son".

  • I heard this for the first time yesterday at an Eisteddfod. It is beautiful! Thankyou for posting it. Praise the Lord.

  • very nice video tribute!!!...who was the apostle that took mary into his home?

  • Jesus was talking to all of us (his disciples), not just one in particular (John).

  • Ave Maria! Thanks for posting.

God bless you and keep you forever. Amen.

  • Thanks FIDESetRATIOihtys. God bless you also!

    --Mike
