You choose an "activity" that your good at/ like to do and wouldnt mind teaching to younger children and you stick with that for the 3 months. So you could be teaching horse riding, high ropes, soccer etc.

You dont really need skills...You can be a just a bunk counselor...So you wont be specialising in any events and you stay in the bunks with the kids take them to their activities etc...
