Speaking is not impeachable. He did not make a move to secede. He simply reminded The Federal Government that we have recourse against the reckless manner in which the the USA is being run.
I support Gov Perry and if Texas secedes I would consider moving to Texas. Something drastic has to happen to reign in our corrupt Federal Government.
