Some of those shoes aren't meant to be worn every day because they're considered "art." Some of them have to walk with a certain stance that isn't a natural walk. They're not MADE to be impossible to walk in. Designer shoes such as Louboutins, Jimmy Choo, etc. are actually the most comfortable heels.
