Sounds like he is saying God lovers the sinner but hates the sin . This sounds good but is it biblical / Lets go to the word of God. Psa 5:5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. Until we repent and give our life to Jesus we are enemys of God children of wrath children of the devil. Workers of inquity . Which Gods hate. We need to get out of this mind set that God loves the sinner and hates the sin . There are many sinners in hell is he loving them .

God does not and cannot hate anything or anyone. If you are all knowing, you understand things and the reason things happen, even those that might appear strange or displeasing at first glance. Your god or the god that you worship might hate something or someone. But in that you should know that he is only a god and not God. God is in the Bible, but then so is your god.

@StaunchComic GOD HATES SIN. Unforgivin sin will fall under God's wrath and judgment. Similar to how we despise the thought of a literal hell, so does a pure and righteous God despise the thought and act of sin (especially the sin of homosexuality). To think that unforgivin sin does not go unpunished eternally in a literal place called hell is pure foolishness. It is wise to give your heart and life to Jesus. He saved you from that place if you will believe in him.

Christians are not required to follow the Old Testament rules about crimes and punishments, warfare, slavery, DIET, circumcision, sacrifice, feast days, Sabbath observance, ritual cleanness, etc. Jesus Loves You!
