I have been a supporter of GFA for a few years. They are about one of the only ministries that I trust to be doing Gods will/work. Only this morning we had a GFA speaker at our church and I believe KP and fellow workers to be sincere in their love of God and desire to reach the lost. His ministry has been a great encouragement to me. Remember that we will be persecuted for Christ and I believe that is what is happening in these negative comments!

I am blessed to help support four missionaries, two Dalit children and sent ten bicycles for missionaries. I also am sending Bibles and other things of help. It is such a worthy cause and people should understand his heart. I feel it was an inspiration from God Himself that planted it in Brother KP's heart to reach Asia this way. People need to know it is not a charity to hand out money to the poor. God bless!!

@BornAgain2003 I know you know all about this but I am writing this for those who don't.. He also has a ministry called Bridge of Hope for the Dalit children, the poorest of the poor to get an education. These children are also sponsored by people like you and me. There are many services he offers to help people and the work he has established is not to give handouts for the sake of it. Salvation of the soul comes first and the benefits follow.

His work is not to go out and feed the poor as such, but to get the Gospel out through native missionaries. To those he does send support, according to their needs. He wants the Gospel preached and churches established first. He is faithful in sending money to those who want to be missionaries, in training them how to be effective ministers by giving them the opportunity to attend Bible College free..

Precious friend, I was thrilled to read your post about supporting GFA. I too support GFA and I feel very honored to do so. I had been praying and asking God to lead me in giving support to where He thought it best and praise the Lord, I received an email from my daughter about GFA. She wanted me to read his book and I did. God really touched my heart in a way that He has never done before. Some people are misunderstanding what his purpose is and they degrade him.

Germangirl89--People need food, shelter, and medical care. The basic necessities. The gospel rings hollow if you are hungry or sick, with no hope of food or medical care. Jesus preached a holistic Gospel. We need to get it RIGHT.

Hi. I have watched the video. I've read his book. I'm afraid I am going to go with this man. Sounds like he's reiterating what Jesus says to me. My husband and I "support/sponsor" six little girls and trust that this is totally legitimate. If it's not, and I do not believe that is the case, he will be in danger with God Almighty. Again, I do not believe that is the case. I believe him, Yohannon. That's the best I can do. Paula M

If what you say is true Indianbabe, why dont' you tell us how you're related to him? why don't you tell us your name? Why should we believe your accusations just because you assert something? It could be totally fabricated for all we know. If GFA gave you the cold shoulder (to the person who was ill), can you give us some specifics? It's so easy to throw stones, but maybe we should forgive each other and focus on improving ourselves as disciples of Jesus.

Gospel For Asia's main focus is evangelization. Its more important that people's spiritual needs are met than their physical needs. Spiritual life lasts forever, while the physical is only so long.

That's why GFA makes evangelization a priority before everything else.

Kerala Govt has started a Inquiry into KPY activities, as claiming to be Charity person.

KPY received INR 1044 Crore last year like donations for charity, But he has not done anything on chairty to the poor or the needy.

People should discard his speeches.

Pray To GOD, not thru KPY

I have all the facts about his charitable works and how GFA has earned the necessarry seal being highly approved by the United States as a complete honest charitable institute. Don't downgrade someone as you have done. If you have proof different than mine, furnish it.

If you are not paid advt of KPY, take round by Thiruvalla , Kerala, which is HUB of activities.

well a piece of advice, charity is not feeding evangelization, helping or feeding the poor, irrespective cast and creed.

As a sponsor of four missionaries, and two Dalit children in India, I am asking many to support this great work in behalf of Gospel For Asia whose founder is Dr KP Yohannan. I have checked out his credentials and he is esteemed highly for his honesty.GFA is not strictly a charitable organization where money is handed out to anyone in need. It's purpose is to train and send native missionaries throughout Asia to reach a lost and dying world and to establish churches. He can't feed all.

His work is not to hand out money and food to the poor, but to send Missionaries to feed the word of God to the lost. He has many sponsors of missionaries and he has people to support them. He does help feed the children called Dalit's by sponsors and I am one of them who sponsors these chidren. I sponsor two of them and four missionaries. I am sorry you feel that he should feed the poor, but he has a better way, give them the WORD of God first.

So you are from the same place as KP Yohannan? I am sorry but he lives in Texas, America. Are you under the impression he is supposed to to around in India and hand out food and money to the indigent? He has a great plan for the people of India so that they would better themselves. He can't dole out money as he doesn't run a charity that does that. He sends missionaries to preach to the lost that is sponsored by people who can't go to other countries but are willing to send support.

I give this video one star because I used to be a financial supporter of a GFA missionary, and found out what REALLY goes on in GFA. And, I had emailed KP Yohananan multiple times in desperation, and he never replied to my emails. I will be giving all his videos one star.

If KP Yohannan and GFA really cared about me at all, they would have fallen on their knees before G-d and prayed for me when I was in very dire straits, rather than give me the cold shoulder like they did. My heart is broken over this, and also I am angry.

Some of the citations are off, but we get the gist of his message. For example, they actually do have Christian bookstores in China, but they are run by the state-sponsored church. Anyway, KP speaks a powerful message ... don't worry about the plasma screen and next-gen game console; instead use our blessing to bless others.

Man, this is what is missing here in the U.S. Gentle? It's not time for gentle anymore...I would rather have the harsh words of rebuke through love, than gentle words or lies. I've heard a lot of gentle sermons and mostly none of them talked about the current state of our church. This message is powerful.

There was another great preacher years ago who wasn't gentle with his words. He used words like "Woe to ye, scribes and Pharisees! Hypocrites!!" He called them "serpents, brood of vipers", He called them "whitewashed tombs." He even told some people, "go forth and sin no more." Any idea who I'm talking about?

K.P. Yohannan has a great ministry but i think they need to get a new speaker. He doesn't appear to be gentle/soft with his words. He also amplifies stats.

"They" shouldn't get a new speaker because K.P. is the founder of GFA. "They" is mostly him. I have met K. P. and he is the real deal. You need to read his book Revolution in World Missions. It changed my life. No, he's not a gentle speaker, but he is a very gentle and meek man. And with regard to stats, 98.6% of all stats are fabricated. ; )

I found out first hand the way GFA really is, when I was violently ill and suffering severely. KP Yohannan and the staff of GFA gave me the cold shoulder. I will keep giving all GFA and KP Yohannan videos one star because of what went on.
