  • Looks very tasty !!!!!

  • i think its burn all

  • Hi. Thank you very much for your video. Could you send me the recipe, please? Especially I don't know what kind cheese you are using. As I am not familiar with the cheese. Thank you very much.

  • You dont need toppings for it to be a pizza ppl -.-

  • I can't seem to find a video where someone is showing a "hand tossed" crust! They are either thin, crispy and burnt or deep dish. The hand tossed is in-between and I want the bottom to be like the deep dish that is kind of "fried." Is the dough the same and just depends on the thickness you make it? How do I get the "fried" crust? tnx

  • Great vid. I esp like how you do your dough. With that amount of dough my pizzas always end up like only 9 inch size. ImpressiveI watched that part twice, so I can remember this when I make my next pizza. GREAT JOB!!

  • ok i have a few problems here why buy a pizza stone and a peel if your taking the stone out of the oven, 4 cheese thats not cool try one cheese maybe mozzerella? thats a no brainer. no pizza spice can you explain this. the semolina flour is that a better than corn meal? i think not.

  • WTF!! not hatin on ur talent homes but tats not a PIZZA. Dough, souse n cheese?? really, no chicken, no olives, no Capsicum & no spices. U call that a pizza. cm checkout Pizzas in Pakistan especially at Rahat and Pizza Hut u'll never forget that.

But the techniques u used were helpful

    Thanx Homie.

    Peace!

  • Great video man.

  • you are an excellent teacher, if you are not already, you might consider teaching at some level =)

great video!!!! only thing i would have liked even more, is if you had made your own doug(i know about the humidity) just saying c(:

  • It looks pretty good but you missed the sausage and the pepperoni...

  • Great pizza,great video.Thank you.

  • excelente video

  • that's pretty sneaky putting the pizza together on a hot pizza stone out of the oven, but is that's probably not how they did it in your restaurants

  • EXCELLENT video! I haven't tried it yet but can't wait until I do.

  • Funny, I used to live just down the street from Delallo's in Janette PA. Use to be this little mom & pop place. They had the best lunch meats, cheeses, etc. Always crowded. Enjoyed the vid.

  • Erik, Good job with making pizza. You're a good teacher. Thank you.

    Evan ahmed

  • nice

  • instead of semolina to avoid pizza sticking, use olive oil or other oil, adding a nice flavor.

  • Thank you! Great Job!

  • hola amigo, i am from mexico, can you give the recipe for the dough, what happen if i dont have a pizza stone? can i make it a regular pizza tray? great video,, gracias from a mexican chef

  • this is the cheesiest pizza i have ever seen lol looks delicious ...

  • looks a bit burnt tho

  • @joshthe8th Thats not burnt, thats flavor

  • Is it normal if i get a boner?

  • @frokenstein Tomato sauce :)

  • 05:33 "ima gunna continue to stir the shit out" LOL

  • you're a true feindzZ , not very good looking. Congratulations to you for dropping out of high school and going into the pizza business. Anyways, my pizza tastes better then yours !

  • I agree with everyone, best pizza making video I've seen on the web.

  • very nice

  • :(

  • but my oven only has 275 degrees celsius. where am i supposed to put my pizza stone at then? the bottom , middle , or top?

  • @iHalveien I'm very confident that he means farenheit.... so 260 degrees celcius should be 500 faranheit.

  • That dough that you bought from the pizza store dosen't that have to rise a bit or can you just use it right as you bought it..? Before starting to make it into a pizza.?

  • I second that, this is perhaps the best pizza making video I've seen since, well forever. So helpful and with your "know how" it's gonna make my pizzas better. I really needed to learn more about the streching part and thanks for explaining why I got to have semolina.

  • thanks for sharing ! thats alot of cheese man . Surley not healthy lol and pizza look a little burned but all in all great :D

  • IM STARVING!!!! THIS IS TORTURE!!!

  • pop the bubbles?!?!?!? i eat em.....

  • i smiled when he bit it...

  • Love it !!!

  • why is there a man in the kitchen and not a woman

  • you explaine it to the last detaile i love that but when the pizza came out it looked ugly ,im sorry but it looks like its your first pizza ever

  • Thank you. This was an informative and useful video. I hope that with practice, I can learn how to stretch the pizza dough to a nice large round shape like that.

  • @rawrxolivia1 Have you gone Bananas????? You can get a pizza stone for like 25 bucks at walmart.

  • @rawrxolivia1 I got a stone like the one in the video for 15$

  • hi erik i am a foodie and ,this was a very informative video. i just started making my own pizzas at home and i really love making them for my family. i plan on buying a pizza stone soon right now though i use a 16 inch chefsmate stainless steel pizza pan.is there a certain brand of stone you would recommend? i like your combination of cheeses too.

  • you americans i give you 100 % , you know how to cok , im from u.k , they cant cook as god you as you

  • 03:53 "I'm right handed but I actually pound left handed" LOL

  • Only cheese...? :(

  • You can use your fingers under the rim of the dough all around to replace the cheese instead of catching it with your thumb and index ;-)

  • Thank you so much for this! There are so many mistakes I was making and didn't even realize it. Your family must be really lucky to have you making such delicious treats!

  • Great video thanks!

  • the 500 degrees is farenheit right?

  • huhhhhhh! i live in houston to!!!!

  • If I were to make the dough at home what would be the best recipe for that?

  • I wish I would have watched this video before I bought a HUGE 1" thick heavy rectangular pizza stone! I like the idea of "making" the pie right on the stone. Great instructional video bro!

  • Yuuuuum

  • That looks nice im hungry now... why semolina and not flour?

  • Send me it at home looks so yumm yumm

  • im right handed but i pound left handed to :) lol

  • love this video...I just subscribed. It's good to see cooking videos made by professionals :-)

  • where do i get a pizza stone?

  • thank you

  • My oven heats from the bottom. My oven is set to bake. Make sure not to set your oven to broil.

  • After you place the pizza at the top shelf of the oven, is the oven heating from the top or the bottom?

  • Excellent work!

Now - do you have a nice recipe for a pizza dough?
