Hi. Thank you very much for your video. Could you send me the recipe, please? Especially I don't know what kind cheese you are using. As I am not familiar with the cheese. Thank you very much.
I can't seem to find a video where someone is showing a "hand tossed" crust! They are either thin, crispy and burnt or deep dish. The hand tossed is in-between and I want the bottom to be like the deep dish that is kind of "fried." Is the dough the same and just depends on the thickness you make it? How do I get the "fried" crust? tnx
Great vid. I esp like how you do your dough. With that amount of dough my pizzas always end up like only 9 inch size. ImpressiveI watched that part twice, so I can remember this when I make my next pizza. GREAT JOB!!
ok i have a few problems here why buy a pizza stone and a peel if your taking the stone out of the oven, 4 cheese thats not cool try one cheese maybe mozzerella? thats a no brainer. no pizza spice can you explain this. the semolina flour is that a better than corn meal? i think not.
WTF!! not hatin on ur talent homes but tats not a PIZZA. Dough, souse n cheese?? really, no chicken, no olives, no Capsicum & no spices. U call that a pizza. cm checkout Pizzas in Pakistan especially at Rahat and Pizza Hut u'll never forget that.
Funny, I used to live just down the street from Delallo's in Janette PA. Use to be this little mom & pop place. They had the best lunch meats, cheeses, etc. Always crowded. Enjoyed the vid.
hola amigo, i am from mexico, can you give the recipe for the dough, what happen if i dont have a pizza stone? can i make it a regular pizza tray? great video,, gracias from a mexican chef
you're a true feindzZ , not very good looking. Congratulations to you for dropping out of high school and going into the pizza business. Anyways, my pizza tastes better then yours !
That dough that you bought from the pizza store dosen't that have to rise a bit or can you just use it right as you bought it..? Before starting to make it into a pizza.?
I second that, this is perhaps the best pizza making video I've seen since, well forever. So helpful and with your "know how" it's gonna make my pizzas better. I really needed to learn more about the streching part and thanks for explaining why I got to have semolina.
Thank you. This was an informative and useful video. I hope that with practice, I can learn how to stretch the pizza dough to a nice large round shape like that.
hi erik i am a foodie and ,this was a very informative video. i just started making my own pizzas at home and i really love making them for my family. i plan on buying a pizza stone soon right now though i use a 16 inch chefsmate stainless steel pizza pan.is there a certain brand of stone you would recommend? i like your combination of cheeses too.
Thank you so much for this! There are so many mistakes I was making and didn't even realize it. Your family must be really lucky to have you making such delicious treats!
I wish I would have watched this video before I bought a HUGE 1" thick heavy rectangular pizza stone! I like the idea of "making" the pie right on the stone. Great instructional video bro!
Looks very tasty !!!!!

instead of semolina to avoid pizza sticking, use olive oil or other oil, adding a nice flavor.

iHalveien 2 months ago
@iHalveien I'm very confident that he means farenheit.... so 260 degrees celcius should be 500 faranheit.

You can use your fingers under the rim of the dough all around to replace the cheese instead of catching it with your thumb and index ;-)

After you place the pizza at the top shelf of the oven, is the oven heating from the top or the bottom?
