benefits of eating healty and working out...well not always a benefit but neway you end up eating alot to keep your metabolism up...its healthy though if you notice he had rice, steak, chicken, and fish got complex carb for the morning to give him long lasting energy and alot of protien...he doesnt have the best body out there but u can deffinitely tell he weightlifts about 3 times a week cardio about 4-5 times a week and eats healthy most of the time
