When those Japanese, Italian etc children , get thrown into the schools , and just America is a culture shock . I just had someone from Spain stay with us for a month , and she went home because she said our morals , and everything is through the roof . my kids refuse mcdonalds after 15 months on japanese diet. they have been taught healthy choices. I have trouble even tempting them to eat fast food cause they know what is good for them. miso soup is good each day but I can't do the fermented beans no matter how much hot sauce is on them--yuk!
