  • I thought it sounded familiar. Stephen King!

  • Anyone know where I can find some more of this type of pics

  • @youtobeee Just doing a google image search of "vintage erotica" would probably do it.

  • @SuperDuckyWho Though my favorite tend to be "vintage lesbian erotica" just because they look like they're just hanging out and having fun.

  • Some RACY pics, Gents! These girls must've been the Megan Fox's of their day.

  • Natural boobs. There's nothing on this earth more beautiful.

  • can someone please help me? A while back I found this website that listed these models from the 20s 30s 40s and 50s but unfortunately I forgot the name of the site. I believe the url had "women" in it somewhere... im not sure. If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated. :)

  • Beauties, thank you! That was so good!

  • These photos are stunning.Thankyou!

  • Great photos but many of them pre-date the 1920's. Thanks for posting.

  • Lovely "Deja-vu" sound...

  • It's true, models back then looked alot more innocent and classy. . . .and look at how curvy their bodies are, I bet you not ONE of them was a size 0. But that's good because they look better that way. I always thought models who had more meat on their bones looked alot better (and happier) and the usual "twiggies"

  • Amei esse video!

    Belissimo!

Em pensar que isso já existiu!

que seria delas nos dias de hoje?

  • This song sounds so romantic and smooth. I love it.

    Thanks for posting.

    From Zurich with love Odinea

  • Is that Ann Pennington (Ziegfields darling beauty) on the far left at :48? The eyes look like hers.

  • How cool! It's so beautiful and innocent compared to todays crass and tacky over exposure!!! However, I'm sure this must have been that generations "Girls Gone Wild"! I wonder who these ladies were and how their lives turned out. Wonder if their families knew. Could you imagine the questions, "Grandma, is that YOU!!!" LOLLOL!

  • does anyone know the name of this song?

  • The song ,"Midnight The Stars And You" is sung here by Al Bowlly

  • This is actually the "altered" version from the movie "The Shining" The echo was added for the movie.

  • The music and pictures are beautiful!

    Stunning video! x

  • as ekocentric states that is sounds like th ballroom music from the movie THE SHINING. In fact it is... the closing scene where the camera takes a view of the bar and ballroom and closes in on the framed picture on the wall in which you see the character that Jack Nicholson played. Awesome music that went so well with this scene. Thank you for posting along with the pics. //*u*\\

  • @finnjolly The song didn't go that well with the scene. The song is from 1934. The framed picture was dated 20's something. Kubrick should have matched the pix date to the year of the songs release. Kubrick,,,you're fired!

  • Both the music and the photos are great. This post is also a reminder of one of the great truths of all time, i.e. sometimes a suggestion is much better than a blatant exposure. Eroticism is a pleasant suggestion. So much of what you see today is truly pornographic. If I had wanted to see certain parts of the anatomy, I would have become a gynecologist. These photos do remind us of another and, in some ways, better day.

  • I love the 20's I think that time period was pretty, the fashions , buildings, decor, the music is fitting for horror films.being a bit of a horror consiuer myself it just works because no other music comes close to having that sound today, to me its just really inspiring...not creepy....

  • this song makes me think something awful is oing to happen

  • that's probably because old music like this seems to be common sound tracks for modern day horror flicks lol

  • thats hilarious

  • The song ,"Midnight The Stars And You" is sung here by Al Bowlly. He was a vocalist with the great Ray Noble Orchestra - and others. Check him out singing "The Very Thought Of You". It is lovely.

Thank you for sharing these glimpses of models from a glamorous age. A really delightful post.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • Love this song and the old dance bands. What band was this sounds english? Anyway its great music shame I was born to late & missed the world in better times then now......everything today about sucks in comparison except medications & electronics

  • Sounds like the ballroom music from the Shining.

  • Wonderful!

  • This song scares me, and I've never seen the shinning.

  • tramps

  • They are trampy looking....

  • First heard this song off an old 78 rpm in the 50s. It

gave me a creepy feeling then and knew the feeling was shared when it turned up in The Shining. Great evil with the thin cloak of innocence. Hey.

Check out the videos on Louise Brooks. The haunting beauty and film performances of this woman is breathtaking.

  • lovely vid.faved

  • This music... I remamber I heard that in the movie The Shinning.

  • Makes you wonder about all their lives and what happened after. Cool video.
