  • this is bad ass you should make technique videos

  • I absolutely love these! especially the kita naggi reversal to scissor kick :) love how useful these are shall be using them in my next weeks lesson of Atemi Jujitsu, many thanks

  • I guess the part I'm not getting of this specific waza is the multiple little leg kicks going on in the beginning. I get that it's supposed to be atemi but I'm not getting how it would do anything to someone who roots to the ground instinctively after being struck like that. If the point is you are full out breaking a knee I guess I can see it but at that point the rest becomes a bit for show because you broke his knee he's going to fall and not in a pretty way. I might be missing something.

  • In all these throws the older man usually gets on his knees during the throw. Is this a substitute for a lack of strength or is this something I should incorperate with my own techniques?

  • @HibbardAlex its not lack of strength. i think you should mix up your techniques with his and see which one feels better.

  • de worpen sluiten niet altijd mooi aan op de blokkeringen. verder ziet het er vooral erg goed uit, maar zal het aardig werken, (uke werkt te goed mee)

  • This is real ju jitsu in its purest form since it is getting distorted by BJJ which dose not compare to this

  • @dudesrock2

xd dude, really ? BJJ distorted that"real" Ju jitsu ?? LOL this is fucking crap ! look at this uke, he is jumping all time at the throws!!! BTW What ist "ju jitsu in its purest form" ??? the all mighty art of the legandary samurai ? come on kid, grow up! and learn something about japanese koryu!!!

  • @Heidenreich18 What does that have to do with the uke jumping? You want him to show you everything in real life speed, tearing someone's arm out?

It has nothing to do with the uke helping or not, nor it has anything to do with what the other guy wrote about BJJ distorting something. Everything's useful, peace man!

  • @Heidenreich18 i agree with some of what you say but definately not all. this is'nt 'fucking crap' at all. the uke is'nt jumping into the throws but allowing himself to be taken with them. if you do not you pick up serious injuries. as for dudesrock2's comment about bjj distorting real jiu jitsu, i practise both and believe them both to be equally usefull. i love them both, aswell as boxing. they all have there place.

  • lmao wats wid dha demonic music sounds good but alitlle creepy

and i luv jujitsu these combos are awsome and its always dha old pepl who cu d really kick some ass

  • thumbs up to the music, canibal corpse? or obituary perhaps?

  • Six feet under. Old front man from cannibal corpse Chris Barnes on vocals

  • six feet under!

  • Very interesting work!!!

  • fucking the fucker !

  • Fucking Satanic Music!!!

  • Proffessor parker the best!!!

  • that music ruins the vid

  • not if you like the music

  • i feel very sorry for your uke those locks looked painful

  • cool video

    disturbing song

  • I don't know about you guys, but there is a terrible sound coming out of this video

  • i hear it too : \ dont know where it is coming from :P

  • The sensei in red doing a lot of interesting video

  • I was referring to Jikishin.I like to compete at the national comps, in stand-up fighting and groundwrestling. There is far more sparring in my BJJ class, because it's a largely practiced as a sport rather than focused on self defense. I think random attacks are good for testing the ability to carry out techniques, as well as training against resistant partners

  • can you give me the cintact details for the competitions.?

  • Sweet, i just litteraly started Jujitsu today, i find it really helpfull towards everyday situations i.e muggings and "being started on" etc.

thanks for posting the video =)

  • These kind of demonstrations serve as a vehicle for martial artists to display their techniques. However, unless techniques are drilled and trained against against resisting uke's (eg in sparring) they will not give practitioners the opportunity to learn how to apply them. It's a bit like trying to learn how to swim while lying on the floor and doing the breast stroke; eventually you're going to have to get wet.

Put what you know to the test. In the real world your opponent is not so compliant.

  • Can't help but feel you are stating the obvious there. These are videos demonstrating techniques only, much like you will find for any martial art, including BJJ. Their purpose is as a revision aid to show the techniques. I don't see why anyone would conclude from seeing them that they are always trained with zero resistance, or that this is an approach that is advocated. Sensei Parker has also competed in boxing and is a judo black belt, this is not an association that needs to be enlightened

  • you are correct. You cannot assume that that the drills are totally compliant. Do you train at these clubs?

  • I do train at a Jikishin club

  • I've trained in various martial arts but will always prefer ju jitsu because of its' eclectic nature.

What sort of training drills do you do at your club?

  • Where do you train?

  • I prefer to remain fairly anonymous, but I train Jikishin in Essex and with Checkmat (vieira brothers) BJJ. Training drills are numerous and varied I guess, but lots of sparring and random attacks for pressure.

  • when you say "lots of sparring" do you mean BJJ or jikishin?

  • Way to remain fairly anonymous!

  • @EVILERNIE01 Hahahaha, yeah, I gave up on that. I only train BJJ now days.

  • @TheMauler79 I can't believe you put the blackbelt DVD up. It cost me like a tenner. I love the sports side of this but just going for the black, drilling and fighting and training 5 days a week, my body's become so solid, flexible and quick. but like all the senseis, I doubt I'll be able to keep this up after I get the 1st dan.

Thanks for putting this up with some music by the way. where are you studying BJJ?

  • @baitcat I train at London Fight Factory now. I think I have left out some techniques from the DVD, so it's still worth owning :-p

  • Good move's...... Didnt like the soundtrack

  • Not a fan of poor death metal then. Any recommendations?

  • agreed, jujutsu is the way of least resistance, it deserves something flowing or asian stings or wood winds

  • yes i like them good jujitsu moves

  • Thx for your vids.
