All I can notice is that there is a GLASS (window) between the camera and the "thing", therefore it could be simply a reflection. The subject behaves exactly as a reflection.

Tutto quello che posso dire è che c'è un vetro (una finestra) tra la telecamera e l'"oggetto", perciò potrebbe essere semplicemente un riflesso. Il soggetto si comporta esattamente come un riflesso.

Don't think this is fake. Unless Steven Spielberg moved to Elets Russia, photoshop and other special effects software did not produce this. I would like to know what Russian newspaper covered this story and if witnesses were interviewed. When did this appear ? Any info would be appreciated.
