not really, 300 volts cant even lite a light bulb. i know that sounds crazy but if you look at the bulb its pretty small, thats cause it doesn't take that much electricity.

tazers use something like 1200 volts and still cannot kill. amps kill not necessarily volts. although volts exceeding 20,000 will kill you from sheer pain/ you will cook.
