People come on to bash other to feel better about themselves, when they do not realize what they do to themselves in order to feel good inside. People have a problem because it is surgery, so what??? It is your decision, and its what makes you happy. A small example is putting on make up, or for guys, wearing certain clothes to make their appearance more attractive, or styling their hair a certain way. You chose surgery, it doesn't change who you are, you are beautiful either way!

I understand that you are providing women with useful information here and I do thank you for that. But I will never be a proponent of breast augmentation. To tell you the truth it sickens me that some women want to enlarge their breasts. I just do not understand why.

I do understand however corrective surgery such as unevenness or perhaps if there is a medical emergency. But unless it is for a life threatening or major health hazard, I just don't understand.

im having my surgery in 2 weeks and your video by far has helped the most. i had my preop yesterday and i chose 325cc, i went in completely prepared but now after seeing your video i think im going to call my doctor and try and go for 350. at the pre op she told me that the breast looses volume because its placed behind the muscle and i REALLY want a full C. i rather go a bit larger than not be content with the 325. but you video is very insightful!!!! you have been great help!!!

@MandyGirl657 I would discuss it further with your surgeon.... you are not going all that large... but it depends on your measurments and if a mod profile implant would fit, and not crowd. I think you could get away with the mods. Just mention your expectations and let him know you want more fullness than projection. If you arent able to get mods... dont be scared of high profiles they can look great too.

@MandyGirl657 I went with silicone because it feels more natural... and if there is a leak, it doesnt deflate, and stays in its form and wont leak into the body... but in the case that there is a leak it will be detected in future checkups, but they are extremely rare. Overall I just feel thhat silicone is the name brand of implants lol. The cost of the checkups were included in my overall price. Mammograms are a bit harder to deal with but they can be done lol. and they do not affect pregnancy

I am going for my surgery tomorrow on April 21st. I'm also 5'0 and I chose 350cc silicone under the muscle armpit incision. I've been thinking of calling in to my Dr to reduce the size to 325cc but after watching this new video of yours I feel more reassured that I should stick with 350cc. Im from ontario and chose a surgeon with amazing qualifications and a great track record but also was extremely reasonable on price. It is true that you get what you pay for but it also pays off to research and search for a good qualified surgeon that does a great job that wont break your bank... as much lol
