I looked on a Rice A Roni box and it says in the instructions to avoid trans fat, and then in the ingredients of the seasoning, there is hydrogenated soy bean oil, like WTF. Completely misleading. I'm finding hydrogenated oils in places I'd never considered before. It is called evil.
