Thats the asian mullet. short on top and a party on the bottom. I always end up getting this cut from the stylist because my hair is so thin and fine. this cut creates fuller hair on top with layers and it gives volume. But i don't like. I have to tell the stylists not to do that cut.

But if it suits you, it can look good.
