I think one of the great things about life is that i get to choose what women i want to splice genes with (so to speak). Thus, people with good genes ensure the refinement of the human species through careful choice of mate. So... i think your view needs modifications.

@mothrabattra when youtube first was available, accounts created allowed unlimited upload lengths. your account could load a 2 hour movie if you wanted. then youtube changed their accounts to limit the length of video uploaded, but all those accounts which had already been created were grandfathered through and can sitll load unlimited length videos

I'm don't think we should divide the population in two, and give the smarter half the most goods. I think smart people and slow people have the same basic needs - and one might even argue that smarter people might have fewer materialistic ambitions.

I dont think it makes sense to sterilize people with 'bad' genes. It should be up to us all, collectively, to decide which individuals we believe are fit for reproduction (much like the birds with the brigtest plumes - except other criteria)
