Virgin Mobile are lying, deceiving scumbags. I purchased a Motorola Triumph on Cyber Monday and received an order confirmation with an estimated 2-3 days for the phone to arrive. After not receiving tracking info I called to get more info, I was told that they had cancelled my order and that I was free to purchase the phone at the full non discounted price. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and have contacted others who were victims of the same scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VM
@ANDRESakaDRE95 i got the case from Amazon, amazon also sells a better battery for the triumph, i order one ill post a video after i get it and reveiw it.
i had the same issue with the wifi and volume. to fix the wifi i uninstalled the lookout app "thats what best buy sugested me" and its working. now for the volume what i do its whenever it goes down I stop the music, go to main screen and turn off the screen (not the phone) then turn back again and it works. Or while music is playing do a simple call like ur voicemail, then as soon u cut the call it goes back to normal. this volume issue always happens whenever pops a notification in bar

All u do is call giv esn mein and they will tell u to go to the dailer an ##virgin#then a screen will pop up they will tell you to erase some things and put somethings then you are done like 5 minutes i beleive u its was hard because vm is stupid but cheap
@lgOptimusv no there was another issue with the replacement phone MEID but is all working now, still got original wifi issue and low volume coming out of the headset jack but im use to it.
