U R pretty what is the best orangy colored blush? I did reviews on orgasm and there were a lot of negatives because it is shimmery but what about taj mahal? My color is dark brown? I DO NOT LIKE SHIMMER LOL! only matte blushes please

This was very helpful, but I have very yellow undertones {Nars Syracuse} and I swear every color no matter how soft the pink or brown may be, it all looks red on me. It's so weird! The only thing that seems to work unless I just want the red look, is using a brown powder foundation several shades darker. I am so jealous of your gorgeous blush collection. If only you'd added swatches for me to live vicariously through you a little more. Thanks so much!

I wore my taj mahal today. My first two blushes have been MAC. The NARS really did last all day! But you have so many. I have three and I get indecisive about what to use. How do you choose? Do you try and compliment colors or just go with what you feel?

@brunett93 --Gina or Gilda are both really good options for a warm blush. Also Taj Mahal is a good warm one too but very very bold.

Gina is my favorite NARS blush! it gives you this really super nice glow, and it lasts all day. its a must!

Thanks for the great review! I just bought albatross, torrid and taj mahal yesterday and I was starting to get buyers remorse. But you convinced me that I made the right decision.

I noticed you didnt review Torrid...you dont like it?

Also, I have oily skin, should I stick to the matte blushes and stay away from the shimmery stuff or does it matter?

I used ti have Torrid but I didnt like how the color appeared on my skintone. Hopefully it will work better for you.

For the most part I would think you might want to stay away from very shimmery blushes.

But try them since you aleady have them and maybe try to use some oil blotting tissues and that might do the trick. Just be careful not to overdo Albatross since your oily :)

Thats ony because I've heard that Orgasm blush isnt really that special on darker skin tones. But if you are lighter you probably want to go for it....lots of people rave about it :)

And yes you NEED Albatross. I still can't find the one that I lost, I'm so ticked

I love Taj Mahal as well! I think you and I are close in skin tone and I also have to use a VERY light hand. This color is fabulous on girls with a darker skintone.

Nice collection! I have to get on this NARS blush, I recently got TajMahal and I love it! I went to Sephora to get Albatross and the MA talked me out of it because she thought it looked ashy. We are about the same skintone, so since you like it, I'll give it a second look.
