Looks great! Maybe some small cubed potatos, onions? Also, 5 minutes or so before serving, crack the eggs on top of the rest of the pie and let them cook to over medium or over easy, that way you can cut it and the yolk breaks, just like a plate of bacon and eggs with homefries!
Wow I think I might give this a try...I think I would add a little green pepper and onion....this looks scrumptious:) I'm a new subbie. Your videos are so clear...what type of camera do you use?
Hello, I am a new subscriber to your channel. Both my boys love cooking and trying new recipes.Thank you for being so clear and making them easy to follow.
I'd probably either put the egg mix in the microwave for 45 seconds or so that way they can congeal a bit and pour in over the bacon, etc. OR I would have used the pizza pan or another wide pan to quickly parcook the eggs and lay in over the bacon-gravy like a whole sheet. Looks really good tho.
I'm making two of these tomorrow morning for some guys in a group I'm in. They are leaving for a forum and since I'm the mommah of the group I'm gonna surprise them with these! Thanks so much for the awesome tutorial! I'm sure the five college guys will thank you too ;)

this looks great and easy to make. This would be perfect to make for sunday morning breakfast for my family :) I think i'll try it with the bacon first, but sausage would probably be good on it too.
@kamikaze777insomniac yes. just do the same thing he did with the bacon fat only with sausage instead. What he made here is a traditional white breakfast gravy (same thing any southerner is gonna serve). same proceedure with sausage would make what is commonly known as sausage gravy. only difference is a traditional sausage gravy has more black pepper than salt....one of my favs over biscuits!
that looks delish! the bacon gravy intrigues me though, white gravy (we call it white sause) tends to just be a basic bechamel, or a bechamel with cheese :p
but the egg n bacon on a pizza reminds me of an "aussie" pizza (ive never tried it lol) :p
oh and from what i see of your biscuits, theyre quite similar to our scones but less sweet! i will have to try biscuits with bacon gravy soon :) btw have you tried adding garlic to the gravy? i do that with a cream sauce, it tastes insanely good :)

This is our best selling breakfast item at mu school! We made it with the gravy for a while but found that it tasted better without it. We make ours with eggs, ham, bacon, sausage and mozzarella cheese! It's amazing :)
Breakfast pizza has been around forever.. but everyone has their own idea's when it comes down to making their own breakfast pizza. I just wish I could find the recipe that my elementary school use to do for their breakfast pizza. It was fantastic coming from a school. But I'm definately going to try this. I love hotsauce too! hahaha.
This looks really good. I'd have to add some sausage, onion, green pepper, mushroom, tomato, and a little garlic. I'm definitely going to have to try this one. Thanks for the idea.
Interesting recipe. In the crust I’d sprinkle a few craway seeds, then smear with cream cheese mixed with feta cheese, then top with pickled artichoke hearts, then top with turkey bacon, then top with teaspoonfuls of tomato jam, and sprinkle with fresh crushed dill.
My thoughts on an alternative to this are: prepare your pizza, then instead of using scrambled eggs, crack a fresh egg (or two, or as many as you want) over the top - they'll cook in the oven like fried eggs. This is what they do in Florence (with spinach this is called pizza fiorentina). Instead of a thick "gravy", in the part of France I lived in we had lots of wild dairy. Use creme fraiche (not sour cream) as a refreshing base, and use goat's cheese instead of American cheddar. Much lighter!
For the moistest, fluffiest eggs: try adding a nice dallop of fat free sour cream to the egg mixture and scramble. If you try it let me know aht you think!
What would I do differently? Maybe add some chopped green or red onion... maybe a few fresh sauteed mushrooms, cook the eggs less, but you mentioned that... Maybe a mixture of cheddar and swiss for the cheese (I love my swiss cheese!). I never thought of the gravy idea, and I love it! I may do this for my "biscuits and gravy-loving" dad soon. WoW!! You inspire me to cook more often! This is the best looking thing I've seen in a long time! I've never made pizza dough, but I think I'll try it tomorrow w/ homemade biscuit dough! Hopefully that'll work! And I agree about the gravy!! YUM Michael!!

WoW!! You inspire me to cook more often! This is the best looking thing I've seen in a long time! I've never made pizza dough, but I think I'll try it tomorrow w/ homemade biscuit dough! Hopefully that'll work! And I agree about the gravy!! YUM Michael!!
