  • nasty bacon

  • nice

  • @1213locoartista

    Thanks!

  • Looks great! Maybe some small cubed potatos, onions? Also, 5 minutes or so before serving, crack the eggs on top of the rest of the pie and let them cook to over medium or over easy, that way you can cut it and the yolk breaks, just like a plate of bacon and eggs with homefries!

  • @jjdubuyou1976

Great ideas, thank you for that!

  • Omgosh i want to make this!!! it looks delicious!!

  • @LoveofAphrodite

    Thanks!

  • @MUERTOLOCO

    I love that hot sauce!

  • @freitasex We have two of those bottles here at home..

  • @MUERTOLOCO

I have never tried the black label Valentina.

  • @freitasex I haven't tried that one myself either.. i think it may be spicer but i dunno

  • The school used to give us breakfast pizza for breakfast or lunch.

  • Maybe you should quit your job and become a TV chef. You have some good ideas. BTW, if

I make this, I think I'll add some breakfast sausage in there.

  • @ALLINKNOTS

    Yes certainly add sausage!

I am here to give everybody ideas and maybe remind people of foods they have forgotten about.

    Thank you for subscribing!

  • What do you think about adding some mild or sharp cheddar to the roux/ gravy would turn out?

  • @pixie2297

Wow, your idea is VERY interesting.

I am going to have to think on your idea, thank you for that!

  • @32Evelyn

Thank you for writing and subscribing and I do hope you like the video recipes.

I certainly do not expect you to like them all.

    Thanks again!

  • great minds think alike i have thought about making a breakfest pizza well over 3 years ago lol and i made it the same way u did and it was the bomb!

  • @ownedbyskittles

    Thank you Kevin!

  • putting flour on the pizza dough will make it non-stick, you should try doing that

  • freita, i wish you can be my personal chef!

  • @officialxCTx

What a great compliment, thank you!

  • I'd probably either put the egg mix in the microwave for 45 seconds or so that way they can congeal a bit and pour in over the bacon, etc. OR I would have used the pizza pan or another wide pan to quickly parcook the eggs and lay in over the bacon-gravy like a whole sheet. Looks really good tho.

  • @howardthecpa

Sounds like great ideas, thank you for that!

  • Heart attack pizza!

  • I'm making two of these tomorrow morning for some guys in a group I'm in. They are leaving for a forum and since I'm the mommah of the group I'm gonna surprise them with these! Thanks so much for the awesome tutorial! I'm sure the five college guys will thank you too ;)

  • @WolfEye363

You will make these guys really happy :)

  • @WolfEye363 how did they like it?

  • @f1471in3r They really really liked it. Especially when they took a bite and discovered the gravy lol.

  • breakfast pizza looks pretty good and keep up the good work on ur videos. :).

  • @hoobastankaaromes

    Thank you very much Rom!

  • I made this but I par baked my crust before putting the gravy on. It was delicious! Thanks!!

  • @mandacakes108

    Thank you!

  • First off, work is where I get my best ideas. What about a breakfast calzone, easy to transport work food. Second, I love reading the cat fight comments people leave on here. Food can really stir the emotions, haha

  • @Scorpion11381

    Somehow I missed your comment.

I have seen a couple fights go on for 2 days!

  • this looks great and easy to make. This would be perfect to make for sunday morning breakfast for my family :) I think i'll try it with the bacon first, but sausage would probably be good on it too.

  • @lilpiggy742

Make it with sausage if that is what you prefer, thanks :)

  • @freitasex can you still make the gravy with sausage?

  • Comment removed

  • @kamikaze777insomniac yes. just do the same thing he did with the bacon fat only with sausage instead. What he made here is a traditional white breakfast gravy (same thing any southerner is gonna serve). same proceedure with sausage would make what is commonly known as sausage gravy. only difference is a traditional sausage gravy has more black pepper than salt....one of my favs over biscuits!

  • @f1471in3r thanks guy! :D very helpful.

  • @kamikaze777insomniac any time

  • that looks delish! the bacon gravy intrigues me though, white gravy (we call it white sause) tends to just be a basic bechamel, or a bechamel with cheese :p

but the egg n bacon on a pizza reminds me of an "aussie" pizza (ive never tried it lol) :p

oh and from what i see of your biscuits, theyre quite similar to our scones but less sweet! i will have to try biscuits with bacon gravy soon :) btw have you tried adding garlic to the gravy? i do that with a cream sauce, it tastes insanely good :)

  • @wolfydan121

What a GREAT idea... garlic in the gravy, thank you for that!

  • i caught your videos today, i saw your stuffed pepper vid(my grandma was makin them and i wanted to see what they were like) and i subscribed and watched alot of your vids. My question is... is this healthy? =( it looks really good but im dieting so i cant really eat this =(

Can you make a really yummy healthy breakfast meal?

  • @MrNavaroneChaos

I do mostly comfort type foods, healthy is not my style, sorry.

  • You fail at making scrambled eggs

  • @LesnarNextBigThingF5

You're insulting a man on Youtube who provides cooking videos for free.

You sir, are the one who fails.

  • @LolitaSupreme nah ur profile picture is fail.

  • @LesnarNextBigThingF5

Nah, your Lesnar dickriding is fail.

  • @LolitaSupreme You have a gay blackman as your profile picture, and your name sounds like a gordita supreme from taco bell you fatty

  • @LesnarNextBigThingF5

    @LesnarNextBigThingF5

You must be gay yourself to spot a gay man so easily. I didn't even know he was gay until you told me. You remember menu items from Taco Bell and I'M the fatty? Hahahahaha.

  • @LolitaSupreme I've never eaten at taco bell, ive seen the commercial, and im not gay, but anyone can tell a gay person when they see one, why are you still replying to me? Are you that bored?

  • @LesnarNextBigThingF5

The same could be said for you.

You're going to reply to this too.

  • My mouth is watering so much that I choked on my saliva and just had a 5 min coughing fit. Hahaha! Another great video my friend.

  • Ummm YUMMMMM!

  • @Babyboo572

    Thanks!

  • @freitasex

Oh, sorry! I never knew. I'll be sure to check it out; thanks!

  • Can you please make chocolate cake? (:

  • @behappiful

I have a simple easy chocolate cake video!

  • Its not called HOT SAUCE is VALENTINA lol :p looks delicious! :D

  • @Luc3r01

    Well ok then!

  • @Luc3r01 it is hot sauce and the name is valentina i should know im from mexico

  • @Maangchi

    Thank you so very much!

  • looks like the yummiest thing ever...can't wait to try this my men will think I'm the bomb or should I say you're the bomb LOL =D

  • @1wog4ever

    You are bomb for sure!

  • oh my.. yummy yummy!

  • @whisperingdragon33

    Thanks!

  • My husband would think I was a goddess for making him this!

  • @MeganTerrell

I am sure that you are a Goddess either way :)

  • We need smellavision so we can all smell what you fix.

  • @Kimw1967

    Yes smell-a-vision!

  • You sir, are my hero! I'll try it out with some friends who are visiting me for a week and report back on the outcome. What a creative dish. Thanks a million and be well.

  • @catojoergensen1985

    Thank you very much!

  • @freitasex I followed your recipe but topped the pizza additionally with ham and fresh yellow bell pepper. The guys LOVED it, and it actually tasted more "breakfasty" than I thought it would, it being a pizza and all. :-) Thanks for the great and creative recipe...

  • inspired to make pizza today, thank you so much for influencing my taste!!! I bet it a heck of a lot cheaper tmake it from scratch rather than buying it!!

  • @AngryLlamaz

It is less expensive, and thanks!

  • where abouts in America do you live?

I'm Australian and I'm just trying to work out what your food is influenced from. If I had to hazzard a guess I'd say you're from the midwest by your use of hot sauces and biscuits. :)

p.s. everything you make makes me hungry. Its 11.30am but now i wanna make a breakfast pizza :)

  • @mychemicalrelapse

I live in Indiana, the midwest.

I have lived in California, for 17 years, but now back in Indiana for 6 years.

Thank you for your nice comments!

  • Yumm, that looks good and easy.I think the only addition would be some fresh tomatoes out of the garden and some garlic chive.I love hot sauce on my breakfast too.Nice touch.Oh and English cheddar because I have an aversion to orange cheese. Thanks so much,:)

  • @DizzzyKipper

Your additions sound great, thank you for that!

  • wow such a creative dish

  • @TheSharolaid

    Thanks!

  • OH MY GRAVY!!

  • Hi,

yep, i put the eggs on the Pizza dough almost raw and it turned out well!

for the cheese: i used scratch.. a mixture of Gruyere and Emmentaler....

mayby Gouda if you like it less spicy... these cheeses in different qualities

    are very wide spread here..

    Joe from Germany

  • Your version sounds better than mine!

    Thank you for the ideas!

  • @freitasex

    what an honor...

but we don't get american cheddar here..... not even as import.. ;-)

  • yes

  • @sebasner

I have a video on that.

  • that looks tasty and nice video plus it looks awesome and i have to try make it if i ever can.

  • @hoobastankaaromes

    Thank you!

  • Everytime i watch yours videos,i want to try the meal ,looks so good, thanks for

    sharing.

  • @Locky2701

    Thank you very much!

  • could you make some soul food once

  • @sebasner

Is Mac N Cheese soul food?

  • Awesome idea, looks friggin delicious. What if you bought one of those refrigerated biscuit dough canisters and used that for the crust?

Thanks again, always looking forward to the saturday morning videos =]

  • @fezan84

Sure! Pizza crust comes in those canisters!

  • this looks awesome! i'll have to try it!

  • @NinjaRobotPenguin

    Thank you!

  • This is our best selling breakfast item at mu school! We made it with the gravy for a while but found that it tasted better without it. We make ours with eggs, ham, bacon, sausage and mozzarella cheese! It's amazing :)

  • @hacattack92

    Excellent and thank you!

  • GROSS

  • thanks for thinking of this recipe. it looks delicious!

  • @johnwaynepresley

    Thanks, thank you very much!

  • ahhh i can´t look all your videos that sucks :(

  • @vincent99911111222

Anytime that I allow YouTube to put advertising on my videos, people in Germany cannot watch.

    I apologize.

  • Breakfast pizza has been around forever.. but everyone has their own idea's when it comes down to making their own breakfast pizza. I just wish I could find the recipe that my elementary school use to do for their breakfast pizza. It was fantastic coming from a school. But I'm definately going to try this. I love hotsauce too! hahaha.

  • @xYushiro

Elementary School is where I learned to like peas.

Funny how you brought that memory to me.

    Hot Sauce FTW!

  • @freitasex Hahaha. Thats great, peas rock too.

  • 1 thing i will do differently. Buy the pizza and wait 10 min instead of using all that time and probably fail :D

  • @DarkForceCastle

    Why fail?

  • @freitasex cause I am unlucky when I make pizza xD

  • That looks great, I might add some Scallions. I usually like them with scrambled eggs.

  • @DrunknShooter

Eggselent idea, thank you for that!

  • Daaaaaang. Me.Want.Now. hahaha Looks fantastic.

  • @silverscreamgrl

    Aw thank you :)

  • This looks really good. I'd have to add some sausage, onion, green pepper, mushroom, tomato, and a little garlic. I'm definitely going to have to try this one. Thanks for the idea.

  • @kokohawk

    Your ideas are awesome, thanks!

  • Could add some hashbrowns to this as well, or tatter tots. Mmmmm.

  • @kinkypooh1019

    Sounds excellent, thanks!

  • fuck, that looks good

I like mine with red onions and anchovy.

  • @asiantrolls

Sounds awesome, thank you for the ideas!

  • How much flour do you use for the gravy? You didn't give measurements.

  • @behappiful

That is because I did not measure, sorry.

  • Interesting recipe. In the crust I’d sprinkle a few craway seeds, then smear with cream cheese mixed with feta cheese, then top with pickled artichoke hearts, then top with turkey bacon, then top with teaspoonfuls of tomato jam, and sprinkle with fresh crushed dill.

  • @z978ady

Excellent ideas, thank you for that!

  • My thoughts on an alternative to this are: prepare your pizza, then instead of using scrambled eggs, crack a fresh egg (or two, or as many as you want) over the top - they'll cook in the oven like fried eggs. This is what they do in Florence (with spinach this is called pizza fiorentina). Instead of a thick "gravy", in the part of France I lived in we had lots of wild dairy. Use creme fraiche (not sour cream) as a refreshing base, and use goat's cheese instead of American cheddar. Much lighter!

  • @UnOxonien

Thank you for your excellent ideas!

  • Sausage and muenster!

  • @ripping76

    Oh excellent idea there!

  • Looks good but u BLEW IT when u put hot sauce on it!!!!

  • @MzNichole30

    But I love hot sauce!

  • mouth waters every time DAMN IT!!!

  • @89Ef9civic

    lol, thanks again!

  • looks like i might make this for breakfast tomorrow, I've already got all the ingredients (left over pizza dough frozen in the freezer) :)

I've made a few of your recipes so far now and I'm yet to be disappointed.

    Thank you very much!

  • @thehittmann1981

To me this idea sounded excellent.

The results were good, but not one of my best in my opinion.

    Thanks!

  • maaan!! that is some awesome stuff!!

  • @ShowMeHowNow

Thank you, thank you very much!

  • For the moistest, fluffiest eggs: try adding a nice dallop of fat free sour cream to the egg mixture and scramble. If you try it let me know aht you think!

  • @Movickrox

Thank you for the awesome tip!

  • @freitasex You're welcome...let me know if you like it!

  • looks awesome! I'd add green onion and maybe some sundried tomatoes

  • @spygirl43

    Sounds awesome, thanks!

  • dude u should TOTALY make a resturaunt

  • @WorldConkerer2012

    Thanks man, means a lot

  • Mmm. Looks good!

What would I do differently? Maybe add some chopped green or red onion... maybe a few fresh sauteed mushrooms, cook the eggs less, but you mentioned that... Maybe a mixture of cheddar and swiss for the cheese (I love my swiss cheese!). I never thought of the gravy idea, and I love it! I may do this for my "biscuits and gravy-loving" dad soon. Thanks so much for the idea!! So many ways to personalize this one. :-)

  • @gcarped

The gravy as sauce just came to me while I was at work, and I absolutely love swiss.

    All your ideas are awesome!

  • Hey man can u tell me how to make good fried eggs with bread

i use oil olive, vegeatable and my eggs are crappy tips plz!

  • @turboturboturboo

Sure, to me.... I like to fry my eggs at a low heat, that way they don't have any frizzled edges.

  • Wow! That looked delicious! Going to try it tomorrow after I pick up some groceries. :)

  • @wherethebeef7

    Thank you so much!

  • Using gravy as the sauce is about the smartest thing ever. And the best thing about breakfast is there's so many options...meats, veggies, cheese, fruits, spices.

  • @freddypickle

    I totally agree, thanks!

  • i would do terrible things to that pizza, i would just slam my face into it, forget using hands or cutlery. oh and btw what are biscuits in america, because in england where i live buscuits are like sweet and crumbly not something youd put gravy on so im confused xD

  • @azaburley

    Here in the usa....

    Your biscuits = cookies

Biscuits are like an English Scone, just a plain scone.

  • @freitasex ah i see, thanks for clearing it up for me :)

  • You are cooking Papa! :O

  • @WaLoliiiu

    lol, thanks!

  • WoW!! You inspire me to cook more often! This is the best looking thing I've seen in a long time! I've never made pizza dough, but I think I'll try it tomorrow w/ homemade biscuit dough! Hopefully that'll work! And I agree about the gravy!! YUM Michael!!

  • @rhosteph

    Thank you my sweetheart :)
