Ok i am just getting involved in this whole concept. I dont dream that often and have never become lucid but this is very interesting to me. I am getting supplements like Galantamine and Choline and hoping to start. I really want to try this and is there any surefire way to do this and pick it up quickly?? With the supplements and binaural beats and stuff like that? Just need some beginner tips. Please respond :)

@SoCh3wed A lot of emphasis seems to be placed on the notion of organically building dream memory and heightening awareness to gradually pass over the treshold into lucidity. I'm not sure this theory stands up necessarily. For my ten cents you really have to get into the habit of getting up after 5 hrs (maybe once a week) and working with a specific induction technique to get lucid - month should be plenty
You could short cut it by playing with Galantamine and prob nail it in a couple of days.
